He was in such a hurry to get us away from the menu at the drive thru. After each thing I asked for he said "Anything else?" "Anything else?" We paid, then sat for 6 minutes. Then he told me to pull forward and we waited 4 more minutes. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least after 10 minutes everything was fresh and hot. We wont be back.

Worst customer service ordered boneless buffalo wings for my niece and had to wait in the parking lot til they were ready got them my niece ate one then realized they were all completely raw and drenched in sauce with buffalo sauce finger prints all over the container they came in which werent my nieces disgusting

fries had brown paper stuck to them. they said it happens when the bag they come in gets wet from being on the freezer floor, some of the fries get wet, then stuck to the paper bag. I dont want to eat paper on my fries. and why are they getting wet in the freezer?

For some reason the last couple of times I went to Checkers I had to wait an extended period of time and the people inside were just walking around in circles and it was very annoying to stand out in the hot sun waiting to get serviced.

It was 10pm and they told me there were no more bothers left. So i ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was hard as granola bar. Not returning here for sure.

They serve undercooked patties. Meat was so pink. Made me nauseous. The general manager is very rude. Very poorly ran checkers. I would recommend to not eat here
