Last night my husband and I went here to eat. The worst experience I have ever had here. I truly felt like we didnt even matter as customers. We ordered a glass of water with extra lemon. The first salad the waiter brought out had to many croutons for me. I asked the waiter if he could bring us more salad as this one had to many croutons. Keep in mind we did eat the majority of the first salad. He comes back with the salad he tossed it on the table and left. Didnt offer any cheess at all. Drop and run. I tried to get the attention of another staff memeber to no avail. My hisband had to loudly say hey before he came over. I asked for some cheese he said oh sorry. We never got another drink just 1 glass of water. I truly wanted to leave before we even got our food. He came back to see if we got our food and said sordy he though we had it and then says its going to take a little longer due to the salmon taking 18 to 20 minutes. At the end the waiter asked if we were payimg cash or card and said if by card we can just pay on the table pad. No mints nothing. The table right next to us got there after us and got their food before us. After the waiter seen me typing on the pad for feed back he asked if he could get us anything else, any mints. Ummmm NO...+

Our server, Amber brought one bowl of salad for a table of seven all of which were having salad. After 45 minutes we had to ask another waitress to locate her as we all needed drinks, wanted a second bowl of soup and breadsticks as most of us had the salad, soup and breadsticks lunch. One our our companions asked for the dipping sauce that she ordered be omitted from the bill as it never arrived. When the bill came, it was still on there. We decided on Olive Garden as it was near work, and we could all visit on our lunch break. I can confidently say that we will not be back. They were not terribly busy because of the heavy rain. There was no excuse to never check on us. One of my friends wanted to call the restaurant just to send our waitress over. One of the worst experiences Ive had!

We went on 3/30/16 for my daughters 7th birthday. Still haunted by the experience. The waiter cared less, menus on the table, our salad plates sat. Our son asked for meat sauce he got Alfredo and I just did not care at this point and said it was okay. Our food came really late and our daughter her highlight was to get a song or just join us sing to the little one. But no, we sang as a family to a cake we got when our plates were everywhere. What hurt most, on another table a grown up got the Sri be treated special. But thats ok. We gave our 20% because you never know. Please next time dont ruin a little ones birthday

Dining room service was excellent! Bar service was lacking. While waiting for our table I took advantage of the 1/2 price glass of wine ...as the bar was not crowded. I stood at the bar while two bartenders walked by several times without acknowledging me. I walked to another side of the bar and again was ignored. Finally I did get the attention of one bartender. I ordered the house merlot and was served a very small glass of wine. My bill was $4.19. Which means the regular price was $8.38??? Ive never seen a drink listed at any place at such an odd price .

Myself, wife and 2 grandkids ate here for dinner last week while staying at local hotel. First time eating here. We were seated promptly and service was good; however food wasnt as good as what weve experienced at other OG restaurants. I got shrimp scampi and the pasta noodles tasted and looked like they had been sitting in a pot of water a long time; flavor was lacking as well. Wife and grandaughter both got baked ravioli and edges of ravioli had baked to point of being rubbery. We didnt complain, we were hungry, ate it and moved on.

My date and I decided to have dinner and watch the olympic gymnastics competition at the bar. The bartender was wonderful and the food was good. We were the only two at the bar, enjoying our time and clearly engrossed in the competition. An employee then walked behind the bar, changed the channel and proceeded to shout at the tv. We asked for boxes and left within minutes. She did not seem to care of our existence.

The food is good. The service is horrible! I went to pick up my food it wasnt ready! I tried to sit at the bar and waited 10 mins no bartender in site!!! Staff didnt ask if they could help me. This will be my last time coming here! People sitting at the bar drink glasses empty! Poor service!! From what I can tell its not to busy empty booths and only four customers seated at the bar. My food is still not ready.

I often come to this OG, (3× a month). Have always liked the food/wine. Tonight, our server PAIGE, was outstanding. Attentive with good timing between courses, and even offered Togo for the remaining salad. (Never been asked if Togo was an option -by others) I have noticed somewhat smaller portions for the money, but PAIGES service was above par.

Went here with my wife our server was missing in action dont even ask for refilling our drinks food came later than other customers seated after us. Food was good my wife order sea food lasagna very good I get salmon with broccoli good but too expensive for the amount. And our salad was more croutons than salad.

I am just finishing a lunch date with my fiance and Valerie has been an awesome server. I didnt feel rushed the food was awesome and came out alot faster than I thought it wouldve. Everything was wonderful and the service was excellent. Ill definitely be coming back! Thank you Valerie

Nice place. Very busy at dinner time. Lunch time can also be hectic, get there early for a good spot. They have booster seats and high chairs for the kiddos. How can you go wrong with all you can eat salads or never-ending soups and pasta dishes? Sit at the fireplace and warm up!

We take the kids here for a fun family meal. Great breadsticks and salad, of course. The service has been great the post handful of times and the wait staff is very polite. Overall, Id suggest this particular location if youre looking for a casual, fun family atmosphere.

Service is too slow compared to other Olive Gardens I been to. My drink was empty and the waitress didnt offer to refill it until I asked. The breadstick, which is what brought me in, was cold and hard. Im dissapointed with my visit today. No other OG has been this bad.

Brandon gave the beat serve that can be provided, he made sure we had everything we needed & also checked on us & brought us refills when needed, Olive Garden has done good with hiring him, keep in the good service
