I ordered from here earlier this week and it was just an overall terrible experience. I order from Pizza Hut all the time over my friends house an no flaws. I ordered a pizza with some toppings and literally the pizza would just fall apart like everything about it the bottom, top, and middle. Then we had gotten wings at least two things of 8 and the little bowl container had leaked all throughout the bag the sauce was all over the bowl I didnt even want to open it then when I finally did open it there was not even any sauce left in the container or on the wings... still not done sadly my fries were so soggy like no fries are not good soggy. So after all of that I didnt mention how long it took... it was literally an hour and some more than what my estimated time was like if my estimated time is 35-45 mins then thats what I expect or even like maybe 50-55 but a whole hour and some after the time they were supposed to be there... thats unacceptable so it takes two hours to deliver me food? No sorry not okay. Then I called them and they didnt even want to help I asked about how long until it gets here and the lady was like oh its on its way so soon okay and like hung up like you could have offered me maybe a free pizza and coupon off for still hanging in there I mean I really really would have cancelled my order if I wasnt that hungry ... okay Im done venting about my awesome time with this Pizza Hut.

We havent had pizza from pizza hut in QUITE some time. However we do get wings from wing street. We have yet to have a problem with our wings. In fact, if not for how fantastic the wings are, the recent service has been wonderful. Kendall has started working their temporarily and hes the BEST. We used to get wings up at the one on Baltimore Pike, but recently have had to get them from here, seeing as theyre the second closest location to us. Kendall has turned that specific Pizza Hut location AROUND. No doubt all the reviews written on here are pre-Kendall. This site DESERVES a higher rating, and Kendall DESERVES a raise, a throne and a promotion.

We havent ordered from pizza hut in a couple years. We used the online service to order 4 medium pizzas for delivery before the 1:00p games on Sunday. After completing the order, I forgot to order breadsticks and called to add to our order. The person on the phone said everything would be taken care of and my total was updated on my card. Well the 4 pizzas came, but no breadsticks, however my card was still charged an extra $8. Thank you pizza hut for confirming my lack of confidence in the people you hire. I guess it will be a couple more years again before ordering from them again.

We ordered a dessert and the attendant read what we ordered back to us (he said the desert order was placed so we didnt check our receipt) after we got our order we asked about the dessert and they said we didnt place the order. It was 1h 30m before closing time, so the man stayed in the back and never returned to the front of the store. Basically, if youre ordering around closing time, check your receipt because they will "forget" to include stuff so they can get out faster.

Worst Location Period! BEWARE... This location is horrible and has the worst customer service ever. I tried to order for delivery prior to them closing, only to have them call me right before they closed and state it was too late to deliver it. Their food was subpar months ago when I ordered from them last, but I just hoped they would be better this time. What a waste of time!! If you want good pizza and goid service, go elsewhere..

I ordered and I waited 2 hours for food that never came! When I called to speak to the manager and see what the problem was the person who took my order took my number and address down wrong. They told me Id have to wait another 30-45 mins for my order and they where extremely unprofessional. They were unable to give me a credit for their mess up so I cancelled my entire order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone.

Awful. Placed an order, it showed up an hour and 50 minutes later, it was luke warm, stale, AND THE WRONG SIZE!!! What really chaps my @$$ is Ive ordered from the Aston location many times and have had nothing but great experiences there, so I was expecting the same here. Blame management. Dont let this turn you off from Pizza Hut in the future, just this location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally was the worst pizza ever. It first started when the pizza guy forgot our soda and went to wawa and purchased one. Then we opened the pizza and was the thinnest, hardest, and most overlooked pizza I have ever seen. This place is disgusting I would strongly recommend not eating there.

Horrible when it comes to your delivery distance Im 10-15 mins away but because Im in Philadelphia they wont deliver to me and theyre the closet store to me when there isnt any other pizza hut near by which use to be one in the Penrose Plaza

Its gross in there. Its dusty and grungy, the people there dont wear hear nets, they scratch their heads, and wear loose clothes that drag across the tables and probably the pizzas. Theyre rude or hang up if you call. Dont do it.
