Entropic Dissonance

This place is nothing but potential. So much more can come from it but it never tries to excel. But, it has a decent craft selection. Dont count on the deli portion. The tastings are very worth while. The bar is open on Friday and Saturday 4pm-10pm. Growlers fills anytime. The staff are extremely friendly. The bartender on Fridays is a smart, drop dead gorgeous, colorful chaotic amorphous ball of pure joy. Overall a great place but could be more.

For such an unassuming spot, they have some really solid beers. Making your own six pack is great, but selecting some bombers or some seasonal brews is never a bad idea. But, hey, dont forget to bring your growler and fill it up; the prices are competitive and they tend to have some brews you wouldnt expect (like a growler fill of Mad Elf 2014 in the winter of 2015 for ~20 bucks).

Seriously, are these reviews for real? Never have I seen a horrendous mark up on beer prices in my life! And for Pennsylvania standards, thats saying something! $13.50 for a four pack bottled Grolsch. $12.50 for a six pack of Victory Hop Devil Ale. Can get the Victory for $8 in Jersey. A case of Grolsch for about $34 in Jersey also. Terrible!

A great, unsuspecting beer find in the area. Hard to find brews as well as popular favorites are on the shelves. The guys behind the counter seem super knowledgeable and will talk beer for hours. I always recommend this place to people looking for craft brews.

Always changing beer selection, mix your own six pack and growler fills, Exit 190 has it all. I find it handy to be on the mailing list which contains tastings and new brews each month. Parking: ample but an easy to miss turn.

The prices arent the cheapest, but the selection is among the best in Lackawanna county. The small bar reminds me of someones rec room and I mean that in the best way.
