horrible!!!! i ordered two types of wings,potato, pancakes,mozzarella sticks,hotwing hoagie and cheese and gravy fries. when i called they said my food would be delivered in 45 minutes well a hour and a half i later no food and mind you i live five minutes away if i wasnt having car problems i would get it myself so i called and asked and was told it already left and would be there any minute well 20 minutes later still no food so i called again and they said i hope hes ok he left awhile we will call him on his cell well finally 5mins later food arrive and i asked what took so long he said they just gave him the order i told him what his co-workers said and he said they are liars. after all that i sat down with my family and all the wings were dried out the mozzarella sticks were gross and the hoagie was ok the potato pancakes were good the fries were cold and wet. all in all over $50 spent and no diner never again.

Ordered 1 hour and 45 mins ago was told it would be no more than 45 mins. almost evetytime I order from here its over an hour even for a pizza. I love there pizza and they do have good food but this is getting to be rediclous. also multiple times ordered my pizza extra chees and cut old forge style (normal square style) so u can actually eat it and they said sure and its not, and no extra cheese but Im charged for it. still waiting on food as Im typing... called them half hour ago figured give them an extra 15 mins incase something came up and was told food left a while ago.. now if the food shows up Ill have to pay full price and eat old disgusting wings, chicken strips and gets and chicken parm... to damn hungry now to order and wait from somewhere else.. wish I knew I would have picked it up Im like less than mins away just didnt want to get dressed and go out again I wanted to relax lol

A few mths ago we placed a rather large order 2 trays of pizza with toppings, and 2 orders of wings. We were told it would be about 45 minutes. 60 Min later we called and were told it left. When it finally arrived it was almost 2 hrs. The pizza wasnt very hot at all and the wings werent hot either. TERRIBLE. The Owner contacted us and said he was out for health reasons and once he returned we would get some gift certificates. Guess what? WE NEVER GOT THEM.. We are going on at least 3 mths. Terrible customer service...

Aweful! My order took more than an hour to get to me and when I cut it open the stromboli and calzone that we ordered they oozed american cheese- WHO DOES THAT? Mozzarella goes inside those. We both threw our food in the trash and ended up feeling so sick for the rest of the day bc not only do they use american cheese but they use CHEAP american cheese. Biggest waste of money I have had in a really long time. Only bright spot was the guy who took my order, very polite.

The only thing good l could say is, the young lady who took my order over the phone and the young gentlemen who delivered my food was very nice. I ordered a cheese steak and cheese fries. The cheese fries had sliced cheese on it, that was so hard to pull apart. And the cheese steak was just boring. I dont think Ill be ordering from them again. Sorry

Delivery service was terrible. Took two hours for 3 hoagies.... Why and how? When I called after an hour wait, they said "well your card was declined" ... How come someone didnt tell me at the time of the order and if anything, when they delivered the food we could have given cash. Terrible service.

BROWNIES IS A WEST SIDE LANDMARK, I HAVE BEEN EATING THIER PIZZA/FOOD FOR 40+ YRS. HELL, I REMEMBER WHEN BROWNIE HIMSELF WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER. BACK THEN HE USED YOU USE JUST THE BOTTOM OF A PIZZA BOX & PUT IT IN A BAG.. BROWNIES & WEST SCRANTON INVADERS BOTH # 1 THANKS TO THE SALERNO FAMILY !

Better off picking up your food. They are always short on delivery drivers for sure so do them and yourself a favor and just go pick it up. (You wont die trustme) their pizza is to die for and one of the best wing sauces in the area! Get yourself an extra side to dip your crust in!

We love the pizza from here... Only place we get take out or delivery... We have had one or two times that our delivery was over an hr after we were told but we wont stop just BC the GPS takes wrong way or how busy it is... Too bad we are moving soon

New Years Day relief food. So good. We had their todays special. The pizza was great. The wings are of the classic bar style. Also very good. That greasy food hit the spot after last nights fun.

This is great place to stop for some classic pizza from a family owned business. My dad lived on their food when he was little and so do I. Good buffalo wings too!

The pizza is GREAT but the dining area needs a lot of work and is very run down. Kitchen was clean and everyone was working hard. I would go back.
