I hated it most. We were traveling to New Jersey on that day and unfortunately stop by due to kids demand. we enter in to the restaurant and wait 20 minutes to take an order. not only that she forgot that we order hand toast pizza, After 30 minutes she brought a pan pizza that we never order. I ask we order hand toast not pan pizza, She reply this is the hand toast pizza. I took the pictures for Pizza Hut Head office to look. The store is stinky and outdated, needs lots work. I was surprised that Pizza Hut let it go like this? Never again. When no customer inside and you have to wait there for 45 minutes and forget your order even too slow. Forget it. Came in the waitress/ manager..Catherine seen her nametag..was on phone, a cook came out of kitchen and said sit were you want (we waited because the sign said please wait to be seated) and he asked use if we wanted a drink i ordered soda and we proceeded to the lunch buffet. The waitress just looked at us and after about 15 mins came over to the table and put the check / bill on the table and walked away. The whole time we were there the WAITRESS never spoke a single word to us. I went up to the counter and asked for a soda refill ,she brought it, sat it down and walked away. Wow. This was my first time in this restaurant and I thought I would try it since we just moved here from KY and bought a house a couple blocks away. Very unfriendly!

This place had amazing service. We were headed home yesterday and trying to stay ahead of an approaching storm. So we called ahead about 20 minutes and placed our order and mentioned that were in a rush and will drop by quickly. The lady on the phone was very accommodating on the phone, and when we got there, we had our tables setup, including drinks, etc. The pizza had just come out and everything was setup. What amazing service and delicious pizza. We were in and out in 20 minutes. This will be our regular stop on our future road trips :)

Worst place ever!! Stay away if you want real pizza. Anytime Ive ordered out the pizza has a sprinkle of cheese and vegetables are dried up. If you complain to them, they tell you they will give a partial refund and act like they dont car. I used to like pizza but but after giving these people a chance.. multiple times. All I have to say is Failure in all aspects of pizza.. save your money and buy from a better pizza place where they respect their customers and have pride in the product they sell

Will never order from here again. Me and a co worker ordered 2 individual size chicken alfredo. It was beyond dry. It was like we were eating noodles and cheese. We called to complain and the manager gave us attitude. We were credited 20 dollars. Called the next day to get another order of the same thing and she was rude and nasty again. Only reason why i gave 2 stars was becuse of the fast delivery

HORRIBLE i ordered ofline my food was 3 hours late and cold and the order was WRONG i called back the lady said she would be crediting my account the amount that i was out i called back FOUR days later and there is no credit on ym account bad business and overall horrible experience you dont play with peoples food or money.. GOTO DOMINOES or anywhere else

Waited there for 20 minutes, there was maybe 1 other person there. There were people who came in AFTER US that were served before us. We were never even offered drinks. Its like they were intentionally igoring us. Oh, and the restaurant looks like its falling to pieces and is disgusting. Avoid this place. No service = No costomers

I apology to say that I dont like that place because they delivered wrong order when i asked for certain order very clearly... then they delivered the wrong order when i said I want red sauce but they added alfrado sauce on it?? it wasnt the first time doing that... not worth it

We just had a special pizza.. It was delicious . Bob,my husband, had wings and said they were great. We usually eat at home, but have gone to the restaurant and it was super. Yes, I love the crust and the Pepsi flowed freely and ice cold....Delicious.
