What a dissapointment Pats Pizza Family Restaurant in Phoenixville. Housed in a wonderfully restored historic building at the perfect corner location, the food lacks serious taste of any sort. We have tried it all: pizza, pasta, subs, side dishes. Everything tastes like cardboard and leaves an equally putrid aftertaste as well. Conversely, the interior is nicely designed and online ordering is very convenient. But the food is simply below par. With other superior Ma-and-Pa pizzerias, like Bella Napoli and TD Alfredos to choose from, there is no logical reason to order from Pats. Avoid like the plague.

This place was horrible...the pizza sauce came straight from a can...the cheeses texture was like chewing gum...tried 3 different sodas and they were all flat. Asked for a pepperoni pizza and she even repeated it back and still came out with no pepperoni. Had high expectations and was truly disappointed.

I am compelled to write since some of the reviews seemed a bit harsh or fake? Pats has solid pizza and wings. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. Its reliable and good, nothing earth shattering. Its our go-to pizza place when we want wings or salad too. And it delivers!!!

A solid 4 star pizza and sandwich joint. Ive been there a few times and food is good quality. Nothing fancy. The dining area is larger than many others around so a better place if you are looking for tables for larger groups. Bright atmosphere with tvs around but not intrusive.

I was told a 45 min delivery eta..it took 1.5 hours to arrive..I tryied to cancel the order 30 min after they said it would arrive and they where combative..ps Im 1/2 mile away from them..not ordering from them again!

The food is decent. The employees are better then average. Delivery is prompt. The owner though, is a complete dick who has no idea how to talk to his own employees, let alone the general public.
