Tonight (8/29/17) my girlfriend and I had dinner there. We were seated by a very nice hostess. Everything was fine, except our waitress was no where to be found. Ten minutes passed before the hostess recognized our wait and brought us out our drinks herself since our waitress was non existent. Paul (very nice) came up to us and instead of asking if our waitress had seen us yet began to explain the specials. After about 20 minutes of not seeing our waitress, we finally saw her face. She had been walking around attending to other tables and ignored us. She did not introduce herself but after investigating ourselves we found out it was a very unusual name. She was the most non personal waitress I have ever had, making her non professional as well. Food came out in a timely matter, however, she forgot my ranch that I had asked for. Wasnt a big deal but I love ranch with my pizza. She did not check up on us once until I waved her down. Our waters were empty and so we asked for refills, my ranch, along with a box (we just wanted to leave). After waiting another handful of minutes, we finally received our bill. However, it was completely wrong. After another 5 minutes of her not coming to check on the bill, we had decided enough was enough and we went to the counter to pay for our correct bill. The manager fixed the problem but was in absolutely NO WAY apologetic. He, along with our waitress, did the bear minimum. Our waitress kept going to other tables before us and I lost my appetite. We saw her a total of 3 times. Im pretty sure a store owner sat next to us too, even he didnt notice our displeasure with the service. Staff members, along with Paul, kept gathering around this man and shaking his hand; which was one reason we were neglected. The only person we were satisfied with was the hostess. She did her job and some. They lost my girlfriend and I as customers thats for sure, however, we still left her a good tip. (5 bucks out of our special 8 dollar bill). Wish service was better, cause food was great.

Oh wow Seasons Pizza. I have continuously ordered online expecting service to change. Orders are delivered every time with mistakes when I clearly explain what I want. Service is absolutely horrible. When I call to complain (which is rarely) to a manager.. I just get excuses about why the orders are wrong. Hello.. I place my order on the internet, it is clearly stated. How hard is it to follow through on? I understand its chain restaurant..but thats no excuse to mess up continously. Food may be cheaper at some places but this take out is the most convenient. Unfortunately, it happens every time I order and I am done with Seasons Pizza. Ridiculous.

This Seasons Pizza is in a lot by itself on Concord Pike northbound. I can only write about the online ordering experience but I think they manage that well. My food was ready before I got to the restaurant and they politely and speedily handled my payment. The cheesesteak I had was pretty good, although I did choose nearly all the toppings. The only thing that is messy right now is part of the restaurant that is under renovation, so there are construction trucks and equipment in the rear parking lot, but that should be done in a few months.

I called in and the service was very prompt. Very professional service in reference to the call placement. The call taker was very patient with a first-time order and very flexible. Quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes, and it arrived within 20. The pizza was delicious and the breadsticks complimented very well. Will definitely be ordering again. Great choice if you are traveling and want a delivery to your motel.

We all know what they say, if you have nothing nice to say. A dog of a different color and breed is still a dog. Just add a few more TVs !!!!! Wow a new Idea sounds familiar Buffalo Wild Wings, that"s the only difference dejavu . A bar is a bar the Original Seasons was a Restaurant / bar, Now new new and improved BAR/restaurant the Family atmosphere is no longer visible . Just another BEER and pizza joint .

Forget all the older reviews. A few months ago the restaurant was remodeled into what is little more than a tiny takeout pizza place with a few tables. The rest of the restaurants former space was converted into rental space and is occupied by various retail establishments. Dont bother going there. There are several other better Italian restaurants on Concord Pike.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad for pick up. Picked it but when I got home we found the pizza had pepperoni but no cheese! It was not worth the return trip so got something else from another store. Will have to really think about going back

We ordered wings. They smelled awful. Ate 4 out of ten and threw them away. I almost made myself vomit for fear of food poisoning. I didnt call to complain, just took it as a learning lesson. One and done,never again-dont waste your money!

The food is good and the price of a medium 2 topping is 5.99 is very good for the pizza you get. The staff is friendly and were very helpful when I needed something. I would love to go back there and eat for lunch or dinner.

THIS PLACE HAS THE DUMBEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE!!! AFTER ORDERING OVER THE PHONE...AND MAKING SURE THEY GOT WHAT I ORDERED AFTER I REPEATED IT. THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A TOTAL ZERO...I WOULD!

I order delivery for my family on the regular. Food is always good and delivered fast. Must say every employee that answers the phone is always friendly and polite. "Please" and "thank you" go a long way for me.
