We order from Pizza Hut at least two times or more per month. Sometimes we order pizza and other times just wings on Sunday during football. The first month or two when they first opened, they were unorganized and the service sucked, to say the least. The quality was not consistent at all. However, now everything is pretty much perfect every time. Trust me, it is pretty much like the old Pizza Hut . We all used to go to when you were a kid, except with the new varieties and flavors 10 times better. I have not tried the newest flavors yet but any pizza that we have ordered there whether we pick it up at the door or have it delivered is hot and fresh. The way we ordered it. Believe me, if I have another bad pizza. The first thing I do is call them and explain what happened to the manager. He is very understanding and will also give you something in return for the lousy purchase. Last time I called, the first two weeks They were opened. They gave me a $20 credit on my bill for my next order. The order was only $16. They are more than willing to reimburse you If they screw up. What more can you ask for. I think the manager is doing his best and the kids working there are now concentrating on making pizza the right way. I have had many things wrong at the red tomato just as well and I have chosen Pizza Hut over the red tomato. I have been living here for six years and have seen the red tomato excellent and as time goes on their food quality has dropped tremendously. Now it is just inconsistent. You will get something great and then something horrible Pizza Hut is now very consistent. Five stars to Pizza Hut

Delivery items will be lukewarm at best. If you keep your lukewarm pizza, half the time the order will be wrong. But by then, at least 45 minutes have elapsed (average delivery time, not the 30 minutes as they state) and your children are clamoring for pizza so you keep the lukewarm, incorrect order. $3 delivery charge and cant get answer whether that goes to driver (then Ill tip less) or the store. Managers are not focused on customer service in the least. Take your business to The Red Tomato instead. #chainssuck

The food was OK but the servers had tattoo upon tattoo, and greasy hair, which made you not want to eat very much. It was their "busy" lunch hour, and it was anything but, which I understood, as the "eat in" area had furniture all askew and was quite cheerless.

We get carryout from here all the time. They always have it ready in 20 - 25 minutes. They put on a good amount of toppings and are always friendly when we stop by to pick up our order.

I do takeout once a weak. Nice staff and good pizzas. Sometimes the boneless wings are not fully covered in the sauce I want but Im a picky person

Store is closed permanently according to a sign on the door, unanswered calls, and no listing on main website. At least Ritas was open :)
