Today I got to KFC a little before they opened and chose to wait at the Drive-Thru for convenience. Between 10:30 and 10:34 I try repeatedly to contact someone through the speaker near the menu, to no avail. I then drive around and go through the Drive-thru again, thinking there may be a sensor to alert the employees someone had arrived. No luck. I then pull up to the window and honk, nothing. Next I call the store and a woman answers. While Im asking if they still opened at 1030 ( she said yes they do) a woman comes to the window and pauses to talk to the woman that is apparently on the phone with me. We hang up and then the window is opened by the woman whom Ive not spoken to yet. It is now 10:39 according to Verizon. Without apologizing, she mutters something about waiting for someone to show up to work so they dont have to change over drawers half way through the shift. She then memorized my order (since the cash drawer by the window is the one they apparently didnt want to change) and goes over to another counter to place my order. I then paid and upon arriving at my destination, I find my order is not correct. The woman who took my order gave me the wrong side dishes and my popcorn chicken container was far from full. These things alone I wouldnt normally complain about, but having to wait 10 unnecessary minutes for the store to open, and then given an excuse based solely on laziness, was frustrating. KFC is my favorite restaurant to eat at and I am entirely disappointed with my experience today.

I JUST CAME FROM OUR LOCAL CORTLAND KFC AND I AM VERY UPSET! NOT ONLY DID THEY DO AWAY WITH THE VARIETY BUCKET, SALADS, AND THE MINI APPLE PIES, THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY CHECK FOR PAYMENT. I OFFERRED TO PROVIDE MY DRIVERS LICENSE, BUT THE GIRL AT THE REGISTER SAID SHE HAD NEVER ACCEPTED A CHECK AND DIDNT KNOW HOW, SO, NO THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY CHECK. NOW I HAVE HEARD OF BUSINESSES REFUSING TO ACCEPT PLASTIC, BUT I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SEE THE DAY WHEN MY PERSONAL CHECK COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A $21.00 PURCHASE! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I GOT THE TOTAL IMPRESSION THAT THEY JUST DIDNT WANT TO BE BOTHERED. IN THE PAST I HAVE ENDURED ORDERS THAT ARE ABSENT THE THINGS I ASKED FOR WHEN I GOT HOME AND WAITING 10 MINUTES OR MORE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS ON THE MENU BUT NOT READY AT THE TIME. UNTIL NOW, I HAVE DEALT WITH IT. EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, BUT THIS TIME HAS BEEN THE LAST TIME.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a mash potato bowl at the drive thru. Not only did they forget my silverware but there was a big long nasty hair in my food. When I went inside to notify them of their mistakes not just one staff member but 3 women immediately became defensive and began insulting me. None of them had their hair pulled back and they even went so far as to threaten to call the police and tell me that I wasnt welcome in their establishment or any KFC for that matter. Ive never been so insulted in my entire life at any fast food restaurant and wouldnt go back there if somebody paid me.

Slow moving staff. Too busy complaining about their job. The manager should invest in a belt. It would speed up production if she didnt have to pull up her pants every 10 seconds. Side note... Millennials, if you dont want to be called lazy... Dont be. I am a millennial and have realized hard work means more money.

5 people in our group came in 90 minutes before closing. We tried ordering the $20 fill up and other items and were told they were out of cooked original and extra crispy chicken. They wouldnt make anything. So we left. Another group after us ended walking out also. Very poor service.

Very poor. They dont have anything ready or they forget that you are waiting for your order. There was a few customers ahead of us and our order got called before theres and so did others get called before there s. This isnt the first time this happened.

1st time Ive been there in a while because it was dirty, and the floor greesy and Im disable, today the store was much much cleaner, feel I can go there again. Staff very friendly, chicken wings a little over cooked.

It sucked. I waited over 20 minutes to be told they where out of chicken and got my money back and went to A&W. I was also told it would be another 15 minutes. The manager has to go to Syracuse to get more chicken.
