We ate at this diner last week. I ordered a GREEK salad. Now, if you eve had one you know what it consists of. Mine had iceberg lettuce, 2 small slices of tomatoes and sliced black olives and very little feta cheese. Thats it! So it was basically a garden salad with feta cheese. On the way out, I grabbed a menu on the counter just to read for myself what the ingredients were in their salad. Low and behold, it said GREEK olives which are the kalamata olives. Our waitress asked me if she could help me and I told her that my greek salad had sliced black olives in it instead of the kalamata olives. Her answer and rudely stated "well thats what we use". Well I say to the owners DO NOT put something in the menu that you do NOT use. You are too CHEAP to use kalamata olives that is why you sliced up black olives! My daughter ordered her lunch and specifically told the waitress what she wanted and how she wanted it cooked. GRILLED chicken...nope....she got breaded chunks of chicken.Did I mention they were VERY slow? They were not very busy at the time either, yet took forever. To the waitress: I am sorry for your unhappy life, but do NOT filter that onto customers. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant and will tell others of my experience.

I went here expecting typical diner fare not expecting to be impressed. I was also not expecting getting sick for hours after eating their food. I ordered the london broil open faced sandwich on a toasted garlic roll. They advertised that the london broil was thinly sliced, well it came out as two pieces about a half inch thick and the garlic was overwhelming on the bread. I took one bite and that was it. My boyfriend felt bad and gave me half of his patty melt which was swimming in grease. I would have complained had my waitress would have checked on us but she came almost as we were finished, I didnt complain as I started to feel sick and just wanted to leave. Also, I would not recommend eating at their salad bar as we witnessed a woman eating olives at the bar with her fingers and taking the pits out of her mouth and touching all the utensils and totally disregarding the sneeze guard as she went under it and her hair was in the food. The waitstaff saw this and did nothing as she ate at the bar. Overall, DISGUSTING experience.

We had a waitress that was unattentive. The meal we got was supposed to come with pickles and coleslaw. When the meals came out, we didnt get that. We had to tell the waitress to bring it. The salad bar was disgusting. The club sandwich was disgusting. All the meat on it looked like it was old. The Linguini with meatballs was also disgusting. When we were done eating we were waiting for over 10 minutes for the waitress to come with the bill. She never did so we had to go to the front to pay. The waitress NEVER came back to see if we were happy with the food. Never asked if we needed anything. Stay away from this place at all costs. The person up front when we said the food was horrible just said "oh". I think hes the owner. Even the owner doesnt care if the food is horrible. You are throwing away your money going here! Dont trust the good reviews! They are probably the workers there being paid to give good reviews.

My wife and i have been going to this place for twenty years or more. When we walked out last night i said oh ya we forgot last time we came here we said we would never do it again. woops! The half of a honey fried chicken was horrible. Its more like a half a fried pigeon and the crab cake my wife had was lacking in crab. no crab just filling. When we where done the waitress was to tied up in making milk shakes for the rest of the staff that was on brake to bring our check. i actually stood up and made it known that we wanted to leave. Even then she was still making milk shakes and walking right past us to wait on the staff girls that where sitting behind us. The food was inedible, the staff are lazy. save your money and go elsewhere.

FOUR STARS for a diner is the best I do. I dont expect fine dining, but I do expect good food, ample portions, prompt and friendly service, and a place that my wife doesnt have to check all the silverware before she uses it. We are regulars at QFR - a few times a week, typically, usually for breakfast at midnight, and Ive always been satisfied with their dinners, too. Salad bars are salad bars - if you dont want to serve yourself from one, order a separate salad; I have yet to eat at a diner with a Salad Bar Cop. It also helps if you say "please" and "thank you". We will keep going back.

Been a regular here for years now. Prices and food are decent. Staff (Im generally there overnight) is quite personable. What got me going there as a kid was that they werent completely rude and standoffish to a group of well-behaving kids as most diners are. Sometimes being a regular has its disadvantages. When they are busy, depending on the waitress, I get pushed to the back burner as they know Ill come back regardless. However, as some one who tips very well, I do not appreciate it. Overall, a great place to hang out and have a midnight snack.

Usually there isnt a problem and the food is ok. But the last time I went my order looked and tasted AWFUL. The waitress agreed that it didnt look right and tried to take it off the bill, but whoever she asked, probably the owner or manager, said that she wasnt allowed to take it off the bill because it some how wasnt the cooks fault. Definitely was not mine either way tho! I ended up paying for food that I didnt eat and they threw away right after I got it and made me pay for a different meal. Will never go there again.

Decor is super dated...not run down just feels like youre walking into an 80s movie...but not in a cool way. Service was okay even though our waitress was sort of odd. Food was mediocre, skip the salad bar everything I had from it wasnt great. Stick with your normal diner staples, pancakes sos etc and you should be OK. I had the Irish panini the corned beef was alright but the sauerkraut was kinda slimy...and Im still wondering what about sauerkraut is Irish?

My 4yr old kid got food poisoning here so automatically you get a low rating regardless of all your other efforts. The waitress seemed like she didnt want to be bothered. The food pictures are different from what is actually served and they didnt correct me either when I ordered. I am someone who likes to order things based on what the picture looks like and it was VERY much wrong. The food was okay at best. The location was clean and looked very good.

stopped in sun, wasnt super busy, broke my own rule in ordering seafood at a restaurant not near water, scallops ok, haddock & flounder tasted the same, stuffed shrimp were basically two shrimp with a crab cake plopped on them since the crabcake on the plate looked exactly the same. crabcake was 95% filler. our waitress was pleasant but seemed to forget about us as service was slow, very slow. on a brighter note the lemon coconut cake was very good!
