I dont know what it is about this property but Im sure its cursed. I worked in this building when it was reopened as Clubhouse II after almost a decade of standing deserted and falling to ruin. The food, then, wasnt too terrible but it was far from appetizing. It, like many before it, closed after maybe 3 years at the most. Following, was another bad example of shotty restaurant ownership. These "diners" that open only to close shortly after, tend to run on the failing notion that quantity far surpasses quality. Charging $6 for a simple cheddar and egg on a plain toasted bagel with no sides, is ridiculous. I know they spend $1.50-$2 at most on the products going into making such items. The sandwich itself was absolutely inedible. The cheddar resembled and tasted like pure melted plastic. The thin sheet of "egg" was similar in taste and texture to wet newspapers. The bagel was the only actual part that could be ingested without spitting right out but even that was garbage. Ok Ill admit Im no pro food crtitic, but I know charging $12.57 for two plain breakfast sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous. The girl who took my order over the phone seemed quite miserable and bothered by having to do such a tedious task, but the woman who rang me up was as sweet as can be. I really feel bad that shes the face of such a terribly ran business. I also should add that upon entering I heard a woman talking to her older mother or friend about the poor tasting food and service they received and I almost thought to turn around, get back in my car, and visit another place worthy of my purchase, but I didnt because that would make me a jerk. I hope the owners or managers read this and take this all into consideration. You wont be a successful business if you dont care about what youre serving your patrons. If youre only in the business to make money for a short period of time with cheaply made food, youll fail miserably like everyone before you. I gave two stars instead of one because of the smiling woman who rang me out.

Food was terrible. My eggs Benedict were so overcooked they were may as well have been hard-boiled. Sauce was broken. Canadian bacon 3x too thick - they were basically ham steaks. The English muffins were soggy because the extra butter in the broken sauce was covering the plate. Service was terrible - we only saw our waitress when she took our order & when she stopped to check on us when we were basically finished. I pointed out that the eggs were way over cooked and she spoke to a person who appeared to be the owner about it. He shrugged and then sat down in a booth to enjoy his own breakfast. When wed been sitting for 10 minutes after finishing, we finally had to ask her for the check.

I went to the park place diner with my sister today for lunch, with no high expectations. For our appetizer we ordered the nachos supreme with no chili or chicken. They brought us a nacho supreme with chili, which we did not want so they had to remake it. Our waitress and another employee ate it behind the counter while we waited with no food yet. The nachos finally came and they were good. The waitress took a while to come back to take our orders. When our orders came there was a hair in my sisters salad, and the mashed potatoes were cold. The dinner rolls she previously warned us about, were dry and stale. I would not recommend this diner.

Had a horrible experience for dinner. This was my second time going there in hopes the second time would be better then my first horrible experience. Guess not. My server had absolutely no clue on how to wait on tables. He completely forgot the appetizers for my family, never came back to check on refills for any drinks then told me in the middle of dinner that oh by the way we have no dinner rolls for you. Then came back with one roll for a family of 4 that looked like it had been a retread thru the night. It was all dried up and wrinkly. Disgusting. I would not recommend this place at all. Far better diners in the area then this place.

Food was just ok. Seems like a "get you in get you out" food place. Im not picky when it comes to food but my poached eggs on the benedict were way over poached. My girlfriend only had one request for her omelet, for extra feta ($1.75 additional charge). And well there was not even a hint of extra feta. Also, a pet peeve of mine is when the menu says your meal comes with something (toast) and you dont get it. We didnt bring any of this up at the food service, we just wont go back. Not worth it. Hit the koffee korner or another place and save yourself some time.

Service was slow and ordered the beef stroganoff with noodles. We were there with a party of 5 and when everyone received there order the waitress told me they did not have it that night. They could have told me sooner and everything would have been fine. They did however not charge me for that meal and gave us some items from the bakery. This place is new and I am hoping this will change for the better. I will not go back unless I hear from others that there experiences are positive.

Update... I gave it another try because the food is actually decent but once again they forget my stuff... the girls at the desk were to worried about talking about social media to even do a simple task. I absolutely wont ever go back! --- The rudest staff, doesnt even say hello... Every time I order a to go order they screw it up. Always forgetting things. Put a smile on and listen to my order and maybe Ill go back. Very unsatisfied!

Great food and specials with a decent price. Got a prime rib dinner special with soup and salad for only $10 and a very flavorful pot roast with soup, salad, and side for only $14. Good diner desserts too. They have gotten a lot better since first opening and it doesnt hurt that they actually have bar too. The place can get a bit busy at peak meal times so go slightly before or after those hours to avoid crowds.

They do a nice job, breakfast selections and food is great, they cover the typical Diner fair... and the restaurant has a casual atmosphere. Could they improve, yes, althought the staff and service is descent they need to remove all of the side conversations and the loud cross-restaurant banter between one another... no one goes to a restautant to here about the staff and who did or didnt clean their station...

Just OK.Ordered off the "breakfast served all day menu". 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, toast = $4.69 average diner quality, no complaints. Side of bacon = $2.99 awful, dry, over cooked, brittle, slightly burnt, not freshly cooked. Its a shame. This place is close to where I work but I dont think they will get my repeat business. Make fresh bacon if youre charging $2.99 per order.

Went their for the first time. Wasnt bad the food I didnt think was great. But went there today and the hostist sat us down. We sat there for like 10 minutes and all the waitors/waitresses looked us but no one came over to get our orders so we got up and walked out. By the way the watched us walk out and didnt say a word. Never going back.
