1st two times it was fantastic. The last four times it was not worth the money. Last night was pretty bad. The drinks were tasteless, the prime rib was super fatty and overcooked, and the waitress was not what you would expect from a restaurant. Last time we went the steamers were overcooked and the waitress never brought the second glass of wine or more bread that we asked for. I went to eat my leftover prime rib from dinner last night and guess what? The waitress felt the need to not only drain my meal of all the mushroom Au Jus, but for some reason it was heavily peppered, even though I didnt use any salt or pepper on my plate. We usually tip well no matter what, but the whole experience was disappointing start to finish. Not going back again. Drinks were tasteless, vegetables were from a frozen bag, and the meat was overly fatty. Last time the steamers were overcooked and rubbery and we never got our second glass of wine. They played some great jazz the first 2 times we were there. Last night it was some horrible soft pop music giving the feel of being in a dentists waiting room. It would have been nice to have the great big fireplace going on a Saturday night, but...nothing. Thats enough for us. Not going back for a fifh disappointment.

Ive been here twice already. Servers are all very nice. First time I had a hot roast beef with mashed potatoes and it was awesome! Second time I had the chicken carbonara. They use way to heavy of a whipping cream in this dish which makes in very rich. I think a light cream would be much, much better. The ice tea had a funky flavor to it so I had to exchange it for a soda. My date had a stuffed fish dish that he did not enjoy. So my take is its a hit or miss. Overall, I would go back for the hot roast beef ! The dining room could also use some updating as well as the bathrooms. When you sit on a toilet your knees touch the doors. That could easily be remedied by moving the door frames out a bit. It did have a nice fire going in the fireplace!!

Very good food with a friendly attentive staff. The building is very dated, decore is stuck in the 70s. Also the mens bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Food is always good and the drinks are cold! Friendly crowd at the bar. Lots of ever-changing food & drink specials. My recommendation get the prime rib!
