Been twice in 1 month. First time, appetizers (quesadillas) took a long time come out and were cold, fries overcooked with entrée, For desert, as it took a long time to come out, the ice cream came melted and the restaurant didnt have any spoons, Waitress gave us a fork. 2nd time we were called by the restaurant to come back. We did hoping experience would be better. The Waitress who took our order went home not feeling well before we received our food. We ordered a appetizer and two entrées. This time the entrée came in a timely fashion but with the entrée. Our food got cold while trying to eat the entrée first. My wife couldnt finish her entrée because it was cold and there was no desire. I had to rush through my fries. Then back to the entrée then to my chicken. We both were upset. The Waitress tried to help by buying us two disgusting achololic beverages when we originally ordered water and told us that I came out of her pocket. We did not speak to a manager this time as that would be our last visit. This place needs better management or a visit from someone who can help better this establishment or they will continue to loose money.

Its Saturday night and this place is a NASCAR theme advertise bar/ restaurant ,we enter and they want a five dollar cover to watch the race which is on the patio so we pay and enter I notice as I walk through that they have a lot of staff which explains the cover....there is also a ufc fight on tonight but we are ok with that reach the patio and they have the race on about four tvs above the bar but they also have a dj spinning tunes so loud that we have to yell across a 3 round table to talk.... Not sure why they have a NASCAR theme and they designate an area that you pay a cover to watch but yet they have this bad dj spinning and talking all night at a volume that the alcohol wont even keep you from getting a headache. I like all types of music but hip hop and NASCAR dont mix. I give the food a 6 and the atmosphere a 1 if you were there for the race or the fight ...oh I forgot to mention that they only serve corona in buckets of five and they are the pony bottles so you either order that or drink draft no single bottles of 12 oz coronas......really this place is all about false advertisement and making money.

I went with a group of 15 on $1.00 burger night and this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. It took over 30 minutes to get our first round of drinks and close to an hour for burgers to arrive. My party was the ONLY table in the entire restaurant so there was no excuse for the poor service. I approached the manager to inquire about what was taking so long and she was rude and dismissive. My group ended up going to the bar directly to order drinks because the service was so slow. When it was time to get check the server couldnt handle more than one at a time. It took over 30 minutes to pay for our checks and the server had us line up, elementary school style, at the register to pay the tabs. It is a shame that service is so poor and the manager is rude because the venue is nicely laid out and the food was decent. This place lost the business of 15 people and I guarantee none of us will be back.

Ordered wings and $3 seasoned fries and there wasnt any seasoning. They were basic fries with small traces of salt. When we ordered the waitress talked to three people in our large group and left without asking for our order. Restaurant tried to charge my friend $15 plus 18% gratuity and because he only ordered a drink. That was my first time experience there. Will never ever go back. Ive dined out to many restaurants in the Hampton roads area and this place is the one of my top worst. Talked to the Manager and he only stated there was a sign on the door that stated there was a fee for everybody in a party and left. I will let everyone I know never to go there.

Horrible! The manager, kenny hamp, is terrible. Felt racially profiled after one drink and being told that my fiancé and I were "drunk" and needed to be escorted out while a caucasian female is hanging off the barstool. Stay away! Not worth the stress and disappointment.

I thought this was the coolest place. The huge TVs everywhere and even the mini ones they have in EVERY booth. All of the food one delicous, the appetizers, main, and dessert!! It is extremely packed though, so I would recommend making reservations.

I understand that it is football season, but no NASCAR on race day at the "Nascar Sports Grille"? Seemed like a popular place and the food was decent enough; however, I couldnt get over the fact that the race wasnt playing on ANY of their TVs.

Worst place ever. Service was horrible, food and drinks took forever, and the food was sub par at best. My friend ordered tilapia and got something else completely different. To get a water took 30 minutes. Do not recommend at all.

Wait was 2 hours because they let people sit at tables and nurse 1 beer for 2 NFL games. Not against people watching the game but save some tables for people to come eat and Actually spend $$$$. We will never go back.
