Less than pleasant experience. When I approached the counter I was not greeted by Kennedy.I got my food in a paper bag when I said I was dining in. When I asked about it they said that they didnt have anymore trays available when the restaurant wasnt crowded. I noticed that other tables were having their food brought to them while we werent given that option. The table and floors were a mess.

I really like the food at chick fil a, but this location is sooooo dirty. You can slide on the floor from the excess dirt the bathroom floors and walls are disgusting, They should add some hooks in the bathroom so you can hang up a jacket The booths are beyond dirty and the tables at the booths are so cheap they slide.

INCREDIBLY slow service. The line took forever. And the food took 15 minutes after ordering and it wasnt even busy! Also, the place was by far the dirtiest Chik-fil-a Ive ever been to. Employees clearly did not want to be here and were heard fighting in the back. Gave 2 stars cause the food was good.

The service at this location is so slow.. I Waited in line for almost 15 mins just wait another 10 mins to get my food. The staff is nice however the speed of service ,has completely turned me off from this location

Bit of a odd layout compared to other Chick-fil-As but thats because theyre in the middle of the mall. Cant really go wrong with it but dont expect a seat, its easier to just take your food and go to the food court.

Kudos to the manager at this location. Service was above and beyond. The manager came over to our table and refilled my drink and brought it back. Managers and locations like this should be recognized and rewarded.

Food and service are good, and if u become an email member,u get free food and great deals! I tried the banana pudding shake for free and fell in love with it!
