If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Up until now I only came during happy hour once in a blue moon to get a cherry limeade. And I was always met with a ridiculous wait at the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. The other day my friends and I decided do go around 8 for shakes and some snacks. Ive been to other sonics and didnt ever have a problem. I ordered a small chocolate malt, my friend ordered a small blast and her boyfriend ordered a small chocolate shake with a double bacon cheeseburger. It took about 40 minutes just to get our food. And cost over $20. We realized we had gotten a medium shake, a medium blast, and a small shake. With a burger that had no bacon. Trying to look at the receipt we cant even tell what we were charged for because it wasnt even itemized. We attempted to complain in which the call wasnt answered because the person at the microphone was eating his own food instead of answering. Finally a second burger was brought out with bacon but no other help was offered. Finally as I began to drink my chocolate malt I realized, first it wasnt a malt. Secondly I began to gag as I got chunks of disgusting sour white/black clumps in my shake. Needless to say $20 wasted as we all tossed our food and will not be returning. Rude staff that have no idea what theyre doing. They really need new management.

We went to Sonic last night in Stroudsburg. We pulled up to an ordering kiosk and waited for a few minutes while we decided. At 11:01 a woman can on the loud speaker to tell us we could only use the drive thru after 11pm. Ok fine. We pulled over to the drive thru behind another car, the woman in that car was waiting by the speaker. No one was taking her order. We waited like this for 10-15 minutes, nothing happened. We pulled around the woman and just went directly to the window. After a few minutes a man came to the window, we told him what was going on (like he didnt know...). So, he took our order at the window. We didnt order an astronomical amount of stuff, 4 people. 4 meals. We waited 10-15 more minutes. He stuck his head out and asked us to pull ahead, we did. 10 more minutes... I got out of the car and walked up, opened the door and complained. We probably got our food spit into. 0 Fs given. Over 45 minutes for food. There were 3-4 people working from what I had seen. If we had not already paid, we would have left. Wtf, Sonic.

Such a shame!! The only reason I am giving it one star, is because Google wont let you rate it without a star! So...its late at night and no one was in the drive thru. First, I asked the girl if she had any recommendations and she said she hasnt a clue. Its sad that their own employees wont eat the food. Then, I ordered the popcorn chicken meal. When I got the food, I did what every other person in the world does, I started eating the fries. Yuck! Nothing is worse than cold, soggy, flavorless fries! So I asked for fresh ones (why should I have to ask when Im the only one in the drive thru!). Then I get home and started eating my meal. What a joke! The so-called popcorn chicken is a miniature piece of chicken engulfed by a pound of flour then deep fried too far beyond the cooking time. It was so rock hard and flavorless. It is amazing that this place gets any business. Will not be returning and I suggest you dont go either. Find anything else!!!!!

Lines are terrible! Waited 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to say something to me and no one did. So I said hello and they finally took my order. Completely ignored the customers when they pulled up to the speaker. Another time i went later at night I cant remember if they have a sign that says what time the car pull in closes but when I went to hit the button they said the stations were closed and we had to go thru the drive thru. Well they were busy but due to them always being so slow the line was not moving and no one could get out and no one could move anywhere.

There were not enough workers to accommodate the crowd. Whoever manages this place should take a course in proper scheduling. This place could make a lot more money if the had more than two people working. And, one of the two people working was standing there texting. We sat at one of the spots for 15 minutes before someone told us that only the drive-thru was open, then we sat waiting at the drive thru window for another 20, then waited for food for another 20. The guy at the window was a total jerk as well. Horrible! Dont go unless you have at least an hour to kill.

Please read before going: Pros: My food was edible Cons: The lady named Cheryl was totally rude, and didnt seem to like her job. The food we received was wrong: Tomato was on the burger, when we asked for none. We asked for buffalo chicken, got BBQ instead. Asked for tots, French fries and cheese sticks, only got cheese sticks. The quality of the food barely passed as edible. It was Luke warm, and definitely not fresh. Weve been to numerous of sonics, but this one we are going to avoid. As not even the manager returned our call.

Since this new manager has taken control of this Sonic theres not much more you can ask for from a fast food type place. I remember several terrible times in the past few years that made me not ever want to go again. Then I got an email with a coupon and thought Id try again, glad I did. This new mgr. works hard and long hours to keep this place in top shape and the staff has a whole new attitude! Mega KUDOS young lady, youve got the stuff to make me wanna still SONIC! Thats the way U SONIC! Thanks!

Constantly either restarting their systems or serving cold food. Wait time is a minimum of 10 minutes. Workers are rude. Once ordered and had to have my order fixed 4 times, took over 35 mins, and resulted in a full refund and me never getting my food. The guy with the dreads is the rudest. Also was served a frozen hot dog and then asked if a $2 discount was good enough...by...the guy with dreads...for serving me raw food. Enough said right?

Horrible service. Ordered 3 slushies and 1 milkshake server brought no straws. We told the server who disappeared, and my husband had to get out of the car and stalk one of the other rude servers (since the original one was long gone) for straws. How do you mess up slushies? Witnessed other customers being ignored too so I guess I shouldnt feel that bad. Sorry Sonic, I like your menu but your service consistently stinks.

This was the first Sonic Ive ever visited and it will be the last. I ordered 2 custard concretes. It took 25 minutes for them to come out. One was a chocolate chip cookie dough which had no cookie dough or chocolate chips, only vanilla ice cream. The other was the dark chocolate Oreo. I got vanilla ice cream with Oreo cookies. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and go to Dairy Queen. I know I will.
