As a barista myself, I loved the setup and was pleased with the quality of their espresso machine. I was excited to try their coffee plain, but the barista told me itd take a little longer to make decaf coffee, so I changed my order to a decaf white mocha. The barista was friendly and polite and let us know he was a little backed up so itd be a little while. I understood. Looked around and saw the couple that came in before us and three others seated in the cafe. On average, its two minutes a drink at a casual coffee shop. Waiting didnt bother me. Until wed been there forty minutes, waiting. Our lattes (both "hot") were between 115-125 degrees, max. Milk is meant to be steamed to 140-150 degrees. I think its probably just a training issue, but it was hard not to say something.

This is one of the best spots in the neighborhood. It has a very advanced approach to customer service, which includes a cashless system to increase line speed They have a strong connection to the area and they strive for excellence. They really take customer suggestions seriously and are the first cashless cafe in Pittsburgh, PA. They are really focused on increasing efficiency for their customers and giving back. This is a great meeting space and if you want to meet people really bringing change, this is the place to go. The Wi-Fi is the best open access in the area. If you are a college student, teacher or professional, this is the place for you.

Has wonderful coffee and great food(almost). The staff is friendly, the only drawback is the sweet pickles given with all sandwiches. I know many customers have complained directly to the manager who has made it clear she doesnt care that no one likes them because she does. But it throws off the cohesiveness of the meal.

Its always a pleasure to stop by. While I havent actually tried the coffee, the food is great. Prices are reasonable and the staff are always cheerful and attentive. While its never empty when Ive been there, the room seems to soak up sound so even full its not too loud to have a conversation. Highly recommended.

Nice chill spot... I stopped in with my son for breakfast. I had coffee he had a breakfast sandwich.. The food is good, ingredients are fresh. I am sitting here enjoying my fresh cup of coffee. Im glad my sons unexpected 2 hour delay brought me here... Ill be back to try the soup and the waffle shots!
