I wish we had a chance to try their food, but they lost our order and it never showed up. We ordered some food for delivery through Grub Hub and it was supposed to be delivered an hour later. Grub Hub called and confirmed the restaurant received the order and that it was being worked. I called the restaurant 1 hour and 15 mins later and Holly said it would be here any minute. I called again 15 mins later and again was told any minute. 1 hour and 45 mins after we ordered (1 hour after the expected delivery time) I called again and talked to the manager. She (Brandy) said they had no record in their system of our order and that she couldnt do anything to help unless I wanted to wait another 45 mins for food and still be charged for it. Luckily I called GrubHub and they immediately refunded our money and gave us a free meal, but Ducatis customer service regarding the problem was terrible and we would never eat here or order from here again.

Well, I would love to be able to "rate" this place....if it was ever open! I was there for a week with my family and not once, but twice, we went to eat a late dinner and they were closed. Both times their excuse was - we decided to close up early tonight. WHAT? I thought when an establishment hung their hours on the door, thats what the hours were! And on another occasion, we called to ask about delivery. They said they delivered until 9:00. We called at 8:30 to place our order and they said they were not delivering any more that evening....Again - WHAT? It must be nice just to not feel like working and close up shop. We ended up going to Ciao. No reservation, and they were packed. The gladly got us in anyway and the food was amazing. If you want great Italian food and this place has decided to close an hour early again, go check them out!

When I first came here in 2015 this place was 5 stars when I came back recently 2017, it felt so different like management change from the food to service, the place closes at 9pm we had gotten there at about 7:45 the menu had different options than before so I ask our waitress for recommendation she was no help and I felt rushed, we ordered pizza and I ordered a lamb with ziti which was awful I couldnt eat the lamb tasted so cheap like a lean cuisine meal the dish wasnt seasoned at all! The pizza was okay the crust was super thick and dry it hurted my gums. Robert Irvine should come through. I will not return

Dear Ducatis, My family and I have been avid customers to Ducatis and were very disappointed in tonights service. We felt as if we were stolen from tonight. We were delivered the wrong order and when we contacted Ducatis after checking our delivered order... we received the incorrect salads. When we called to confront, Holly answered the phone and hung up on me 3 times without resolving the issue and there as no remorse or solution. We had over a $100 order and gave a hefty tip to the delivery crew. I would not recommended Ducatis to anyone. Very disappointed with their business model and customer service.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and ravioli. Waited over an hour for food. No one ever came to check on our table instead they watched us from their kitchen window opening. After over an hour wait, the waitress randomly brought out ONLY TWO slices of the would be pizza that we had ordered and said our order got messed up so we can have these two pieces for free. Who knows where those TWO slices came from, probably from someone elses order. The waitress gave the excuse that they had a food inspection.....HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

This is an unpretentious restaurant that has pretty good food. I had cavatelli with bolognese sauce which was really good. I cant figure why the side order of meatballs werent made the same way. The meatballs were spongy and tasted like they bought them frozen from a wholesaler. I felt the same about the calamari which wasnt flavored well and was rubbery. So you have to select well but people in the group enjoyed the pizza, veal saltemboca, and while I dont like muscles those who ordered them said they were great.

Usually is very good. Today the Calzone was running every where with not really any cheese in the center or something. It only was filled with sauce which poured every where. Also when trying to ask a question, the guys who knew the answer would not reply back or talk back. It is called customer service. I own a company and my guys would never ignore clients like that. The other guys that work are always easy to talk to and the food is great during the week days. I guess we just wont order during the weekend.

Went for dinner on Monday night. Nice atmosphere and great service. Was seated right away and our waitress answered all our questions and gave us great service. The food was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in or is visiting the Myrtle Beach area. Best Italian food I have found in Myrtle Beach, hands down, and the prices were very reasonable especially for how good the food was. I will definitely come back. I cant wait to try something different off the huge menu.

Had dinner in house 10/2015. Excellent pizza and garlic knots as well as great service. Restaurant was quite busy with large family parties on a rainy night. 8/2016 we ordered via phone, service at pickup window was disorganized and slow but polite. Garlic knots had old/hard dough and raw/entirely too strong garlic but the pizza was good. Kitchen staff seemed obviously frustrated and angry at pickup. Will try again 9/2016 as this place is a gem among so many crummy tourist traps.

Nearly perfect 3.5 Chicken piccata was exquisite, veal Parmesan was so so, meat a wee less tender than veal should be... Flavor OK, but not to repeat. Server was sweet, though not around a lot. Bread served with meal very good. Crunchy Italian, and foccacia. The oil dip had very rich flavored toasted garlic. House wine Cavit (eh)... Overall, for $ worth it. Wed return. Just would like a bit more attentiveness... They were busy, but not full house.

Conveniently located in Myrtle Beach, this place is the beachs best kept secret. The staff is friendly, the owners are also friendly and the food is delicious. Stopped in for a nice lunch, had Chicken Franchese over penne and let me tell you; the chicken melted in my mouth and I savored every single morsel of the food. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an excellent home cooked Italian meal!

Hi , My name is Alan Jones, I am a local and we eat in and have delivery at least twice a week and have never had a bad meal. The owners and the staff go out of their way to make the customers happy. We had a great experience tonight. The calamari was lightly breaded with a wonderful homemade marinara...excellent. We had the shrimp and asparagus ravioli and it was delicious. We also had a build-your-own pizza and it was amazing brick oven yumminess! We took home 2 cannolis and only 1 made it home...best cream I have ever had in a cannoli. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!
