Recientemente cumplí años y obtuve por un bizcocho de este lugar, célebre mi cumpleaños el sábado 9/10 y encargué el bizcocho el 9/8. Pedí un bizcocho redondo de una libra de maquillaje y me encantó quedé feliz, pero lo único que el bizcocho no tenia mucho caramelo deben de ponerle mas. Para agregar, el local puede ser mas limpio, hay muchas moscas volando dentro. El local se puede ver un poco opaco ya que tienen muchas neveras y el punto es que se vea amplió y libre.... Hay dos señoras muy amables una con el cabello largo y la otra es india me cayeron bien. Gracias por el servicio!

I ordered a 5lbs cake of fondant and paid for it in full with a dozed of colorful cupcakes for my sons first birthday. It was a jungle theme. I wanted a lion on top and I was told that the decorator couldnt do(didnt know how to do it). They spray painted the cupcakes instead of using color icing like I asked.not only that but the name written on it in whip was horrible. It looked like if it were rushed and I order this cake a month in advance. I sent a family member to pick up the cake an hour and a half after pickup time and the cake wasnt ready; it was whip; not fondant and it looked like crap! Now the only reason why it looked good was because of the decorations I added to it. But even the leaves of the cake were atrocious! They have a good flavor but they arent good with prices nor decorating! I didnt get a discount or anything else

Poor customer service. The one young girl who is probably the only one who speaks English and has a nasty attitude. I wanted a high heel for the top of my cake. It completely broke 1hr later, heel came off and everything. It was thin and linky. I had to go to another bakery and purchase another topper because they didnt answer the phone. I tried to explain to the young girl it was an big inconvenience she wanted to get a attitude and hung up on me. Offered me a refund but had to wait until Silvia comes back from vacation. Young girl kept stating it wasnt a big deal but She didnt understand it was because this was the main thing i wanted on the cake. I paid $275. I told her who ever made the heel needs to make sure its more sturdy. She got an attitude she must have been the one who made it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I Live On The Block Of The Bakery I Suggest No One Order Your Cake From There Or Buy From There.. The Service Is Horrible They Have Flys On The Cake And Donuts In The Front Of The Store And They Dont Even Have a Dumpster To Put There Trash Away So They Be Having Like 20 Trash Bags Outside On The Sidewalk So There Covering The Walk Path And People Have To Walk Into The Street To Walk Pass And Theres Mice and Rats In Them Bags Getting Into People Houses ..
