Walked in a few min before 8:00am. No one in line, so I thought I would receive good service since there was no reason to be rushed. I was greeted 3 different times because no one behind the counter was paying attention to who was actually helping me. I ordered a egg and sausage sandwich and had to ask for a drink after she gave me the total since she didnt ask me if there was anything else I wanted or if I even wanted a drink. Walked over to pick up my food both the manager and employee had no sense of urgency regardless of me standing waiting for my food. They gave me a avocado egg sandwich... wrong one. looked at my receipt and the girl put in the wrong sandwich for the order... Side note if you have Verizion you will have no service so expect your battery to be crushed if you are planning to sit and do any work.

ITS A SHAME WHEN YOUR FIRST VISIT TO THIS LOCATION IS WITH YOUR 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND YOUR GREETED BY A YOUNG PUNK WHO IS HIGHER THEN THE EMPIRE STATE !!!!!! TOOK 15 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER THROUGH TO HIM .ITS DISGUSTING !!!! WE HAD TO LEAVE DIDNT EVEN HAVE AN APPETITE AFTER SEEING THIS PUNK FALLING ASLEEP WHILE TALKING TO HIM. IF PB DOESNT DRUG TEST , THEY SHOULD START . I HAVE NEVER EATEN THERE AND WILL NEVER RETURN !!!! THANK YOU JOHN FOR RUINING MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTERS EXPERIENCE ! ARE DRUGS REALLY WORTH IT ? I ordered to go today. Sanndwhich and a broth soup. I paid 8 dollars for the soup just to find out once I got home the bowl was only half filled. So to say the least I am very upset. The soup tastes great, but the negligence of who ever prepared my food im not okay with. Maybe they were rushing, however, when im paying 8 bucks for soup, my container should be full, not half full. Felt like I wasted money today, reasons why Im skeptical of "to go" purshaces.

Not sure if I want to get food from a restaurant whos manager treats employees like dirt. Overheard Helen, the "manager," making racist remarks to a young girl taking orders. I guarantee this is her first job and frankly Helen should be ashamed of herself and demoted, or at least reprimanded. This was some time ago though so hopefully this complaint of blatant racism does not go unheard

Every time Ive been in theyve messed up or forgotten part of my order. And its not that theyre busy - its that none of them seem to care. At all. About anything. I mean, how do you mess up one bagel, and make it take 10 minutes to prepare?! On the other hand, it is always clean.

While typically the food is alright, I often stop for coffee and find copious amounts of grounds in my drink. Today was particularly horrible so just a warning to customers to check their drink for grounds before leaving.

Paners is always a good choice for lunch or dinner. I love their seasonal butternut squash soup. The cashier always suckers me into buying the extra large cookie for 99 cents.
