This place has the worst service imaginable. Its as if this company hired a group of uncivilized degenerates who dont understand the human language and mannerisms necessary to survive. I was served with warm, melting ice-cream and the girl who made it just shoved it in my hand. She also couldnt get my order right. I asked for Sweet Cream and Rainbow sprinkles ... I guess she was second-guessing herself because I watched her start to pour sprinkles and then stopped and handed it to me like that. Another time I went there with a friend, we were in line but were served last. We noticed the people behind the counter fill out orders for their friends who were behind us and then proceeded to take our orders rudely. Dont go here if you want cold ice-cream and good service. I felt like I lost brain cells walking through the door way. This place is so ghetto and so pathetic. Thank god there is a Coldstone that opened up in Jenkintown with great people.

I went there ask for a 32 Oz cup with coffe mixe with chocolate and when I ask for cone to go because I leave far I didnt want the cone to go bad on the way they refuse to sell me the cone When I got home my wife refuse to eat it because of it I dont like their policies and I think they should serve the costomer hope they change their ways soon I will never go to this location again

People say Google Maps put you in not-so-good areas... well this is a perfect example. Just a warning; if youre white, youll get dirty looks from the women behind the counter. Otherwise the service is as expected from Coldstone and good. They only have a small selection of flavors however.

Horrible service!! I was in line waiting to be assisted for 45 minutes. The owner just stood by and did absolutely nothing to assist his employees! Such poor service!!!
