They recently reopened this place up, and as someone else mentioned their management and some cooking styles have changed. Popped in for the Lunch Special ($10 for a Soup, Appetizer and Main Course) - Had the Wonton Soup, Chicken Satay and Pad Thai. The wonton soup was alright, and chicken satay good, but I loved the Pad Thai! They changed the recipe from what it was before, and it was so much more flavorful now. Definitely worth it - Only $10? Thats a steal compared to the price of JUST a Pad Thai from restaurants in nearby neighborhoods *cough*. Definitely worth a visit.

Always late. Always, always unbelievably late. Unjustifiably late. Called and told them its almost two hours late and theyre about to close, I wont order from them anymore. She said thats fine. Told driver I cant tip him because of how late it is. Young chinese guy says, "its all good, man." The order absolutely sucks. Tum yum soup is white. No thai taste, all bland chinese food. We ordered veggies Pad Sew eu. We got chicken. Cant complain about the free protein, but god these people suck. You people keep them in business, stop ordering from them.

Ive eaten here three times in the last couple years. Every meal has been a pleasurable event. The food is fresh, delicious and attractively presented. Service is OK, but sometimes distracted: the family has a young child who wanders in at times; when they disappear they may be tending to him. But its kinda fun to experience the whole family in this. Whenever we come, generally on a Friday, its been practically empty. I worry that they will have to sell.

So eating there is nothing special in terms of experience. I think they do way more take out business than sit down customers. Which is fine, especially when dishes like drunken noodles are magic. Food is great for the most part. Only thing is that meat is added to dishes as ordered. The food is intended to be vegetarian, so you can tell if you order something and say beef you chose feels like a third wheel. Excellent food overall.

This is the best thai food in the roxborough/manayunk area, period! We have been there three times since they have opened and have never been less than impressed. Very spicy, flavorful and friendly staff. We did takeout twice and delivery once and the food was just as warm all three times. As a heads up, get one notch lower on the spicy scale because it is spicier than other Thai places Ive been to.

Not for VEGANS. I called to order and they refused to accommodate to my plant based diet- refused to eliminate and substitute which does not makes sense. I ordered pad thai- I asked to add tofu and remove eggs, they refused. I know there are vegan options so I wanted to ask to see their reply and they said no vegans options. I tried to suggest something and they shut me down. Unreasonable people.

Nice Thai food. Make it spicy or regular.....they do a good job. Good quantities as well. They were closed for a while due to administrative reasons and now its under new management and OPEN. Their phone number has changed. I would not go anywhere else for Thai food as long as it is open. Its BYOB. Employees are friendly. Negatives: Not the cleanest place, but no deficit in the food quality.

Not the best Thai food I have ever had. Much rather go to china town and go to Erawang or any where else. Have 2 bad service experiences with take out and dining in. No sense of urgency or consideration with the wait staff and now with ordering through Grub hub. The only Thai in Roxborough so I completely understand why they are busy but they should really get it together.

Very Impressed food was very good and every thing was fresh and tasted amazing! Will be ordering from here again soon! Used ubereats didnt dine in tho. Fried Tofu was good, green curry was outstanding, pad thai and drunken noodles also both excellent! Thai style wanton soup was also delicious, nothing bad to say! Why you still here ? Go get yourself some! =)

Love this place. Large portions and the food is consistently slammin. The veggie pad see eew is my go to and Ive yet to find a place that makes it better. FYI, if you choose the veggie option, they throw tofu in there with it. Its fantastic but might be an unwelcome surprise for some. Ive asked them to leave it out before and they did it no problem.

Ive been a few times and each time was delicious. I love spicy and the place does not disappoint. Unlike some other Thai places in Philly, the portions are a very good size. The lunch specials are great deal, but even the dinner prices are very affordable. I love the curries Ive had so far and the Drunken Noodles.

Very good Thai food for a neighborhood restaurant. Portion size also good for the price. Ordered for takeout (GrubHub & LevelUp apps support this) & the food was ready ahead of schedule. Pictured: chicken, spinach, tofu soup; larb gai; pad Thai & green curry.

I grew up in Roxborough and am happy the old neighborhood has this excellent Thai rest. If you like Thai salads, this is the place for you. They have several options. Great fried tofu app I dont think anyone can duplicate. Pad see u (sp) is also very good.

Dont judge the place based on its look from the outside. The food is better than a take out place. If you like spicy, theyll make it as hot as you like. Wait staff is super friendly.

Very good food! Clearly a family business, grandmas cooking in the back. The Thai curry sauces are especially good. Also inexpensive, and definitely best in the area.

Great Thai restaurant and I lived in Thailand 10 years. Love the Khao Soi noodles, the Tod Mun fish cakes and the papaya salad. Nice service too:

If you are a PA native, youll be impressed here. And itll be good for you to get outside your comfort zone of pizza and hoagies.

I got food from this place during the festival and the food was rancid. I cant believe the would knowingly sell bad food.

I love their pad Thai. Probably one of my favorites in Manayunk. The staff is very friendly as well.

Good food for a good price. Great for delivery or eat in (as long as you dont mind being the only one)

Moderately speedy service and decent menu offerings. Probably better for takeout than sit down.
