We enjoyed the food but the coffee was mediocre and overpriced, the staff was lackadaisical and vaguely rude. It would have been a good experience overall had we not found out they are cash only after already having eaten. Not taking credit or debit cards is a very uncommon thing, so if you are a business serious about saving on those bank fees or avoiding taxes, at least give customers a heads up so we are not the chumps digging under the rear seats for quarters to cover a holiday breakfast.

My friend and I had breakfast this morning at Fairlane. The food was very good. Our server, however, was unfriendly (major attitude) and rude. We were having "after meal" conversation and the server informed us that there was a line and if we could ... with her hands motioned us to leave. I informed the cashier who appeared to be of higher management-her mother perhaps. She defensively said " well you know theres a line...." ....WONT BE BACK!!!!!!

The food is good, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. However, during busy hours, the whole experience is tainted by having to sit at a table next to a rotation of complete strangers because theres zero elbow room; all the while being hit with a freezing breeze because of the door thats constantly being opened. If youre claustrophobic, dont even bother.

Great food, friendly staff, but just remember to move along when your finished because lots of people love this place and a line normally forms out the door. Just be considerate of the next person waiting to sit down. Awesome ! 5 Stars!

For lunch theres always one thing you can count on its a great bacon cheeseburger and a black and white Shake. Service is always friendly. The place is small so it fills up quick but its always clean.

A cozy and charming place. Staff is friendly and efficient. It can get busy at times, but you usually get accommodated within a reasonable time. Im a big fan of their breakfasts and milkshakes!
