First let me say that we have been coming to this restaurant for several years. We have always gotten great food and service. We used to live less than a mile from this location, now we live in Montgomery County and travel 20 miles to go here. We used to go here twice a week when we lived closer now we only go once a week. Tonight I took my wife and daughter to the buffet for dinner. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy our dinner tonight, as while we were having sushi, my daughter thought that she had a piece of paper stuck to the outside bottom of her cup of water. To our horror we discovered that it was someones fortune from a cookie, inside the bottom of her glass. She had drank over half the glass at this point. Upon seeing this my daughter got sick to her stomach and went to the bathroom, where she proceeded to throw up everything she had eaten. My wife followed to help. I asked for the manager and waited for 10 minutes but he never came. I went to the front desk to ask for the manager and found him sitting on his ass behind the counter watching something on his phone with ear buds in. When I explained the situation and asked for a refund since my daughter threw up he food and my wife could not eat anything either and I had lost my appetite he refused. he said that he would refund my daughters but not ours. That it only affected her and not us. When I asked for my receipt back he refused to give it to me saying it was his. We actually had to call the police to get our receipts so I would be able to dispute the charges with my cc company. I spoke to the cc company and they were very understanding and said that they would be happy to dispute the charges and pull the money back. All this incredibly rude person would have had to do was give me my receipt or comp the meal for the disgusting water problem and it would have been over. Instead he came outside and game me more grief before the cops showed up. Even the police asked for my receipt and he refused. Another case of people in a customer service industry that do not care about their customers. My family and I will be finding a new place to go from now on. They have lost us and the rest of our family and friends as customers. So they would rather lose more than 30 loyal customers, than to fix one small issue. Go there if you want ot have a manager treat you like he is the King of all of Philly and you have to kiss his feet. You are wrong and only he is right.

When me and my family went to this buffet after a family event we were disgusted by the amount of disrespect and lack of care for the customers that was presented to us. They charged us for everything the flat rate per person was $10.59 and thats okay, but what they didnt tell us that they charged us for was the price of the drinks (1.79/person). Then when we got settled and went to get food I stuck my hand in an unknown substance sitting on the counter... I nicely asked the woman working if they had a napkin for me and she rudely told me in her Asian accent of some sort that they only had napkins on the table (being cheap). Anyways so me still tryna keep my composure I told her where the spot was that I stuck my hand in something and she was walking away from me as I said this...allowing me to assume that she didnt hear me because of her distance, but I followed and made sure she saw what I was talking about. I dont know what she did after that, but what I expect is for food counters to be cleaned consistently so that food doesnt get on anyones hands or beautiful outfits (you still have to reach over the counter). Then when we got back to the table the lady getting our drinks starts staring at our receipt that we had from them... she then proceeded to take it and my dad was like, "Hand me my receipt daughter." I did. I have no idea what she could have been trying to do considering that they already have their store copy, but the point is that she shouldnt have been reaching for anything on our table except for plates and cups. To speak on utensils you only get a fork wrapped in a paper napkin and theres spoons(you have to get up to get them), but Im about 80% sure that you never get a butter knife. THERE ARE NO GOOD CRABS HERE. They serve them crabs that not many people eat with the soft shell. Overall, I do not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a quality buffet. Tbh 1 star is nice I want to give them 0 if I could.

When I found my first Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet 4 or 5 years ago in Mays Landing New Jersey I thought they were the best Chinese Buffet around and was glad to see more of them open up in the wide area of South Jersey and Southeast Pennsylvania that I work in. I have now been here 5 or 6 times and have usually been pleased with the service and selection of food that is offered but with a recent need to keep better food choices in my diet I noticed that there seems to be a lot of fried foods such as chicken that are then covered with some sort of sauce that probably I should try to stay away from. Most of the fried chicken also seems to be overcooked to where it is hard but if you go to the grill you can get a decent grilled piece of meat cooked in with vegetables and sauce that makes for a good meal. From my experience I have never had a complaint about the servers as they seem to keep the tables clear and the drinks full, almost too full. I have only been here for lunch so I dont know how it is at dinner but when here for lunch although the price is a little more than fast food you do have a lot more options depending on your appetite and what appeals to you plus it is not as noisy as fast food so if you have the time to sit and relax on your lunch break it is a good choice.

This is one of...if not the BEST EVER all you can eat establishments I have ever dined at. The food is marvelous. From management, cooks, wait staff to janitorial employees EVERYONE has always been polite and friendly. Very hospitable top notch service. They have the best prices and afternoon specials if you arrive before 3-3:30. OMG...I simply love it. The establishment is beautiful huge clean and a tremendous breath of fresh new air to the sw phila area. The interior is extremely well maintained, the decor is homey warm and inviting. With two huge private rooms and spacious dining areas makes this restaurant great for professional meetings to family and friends outtings. A wonderful dining expirence would be had by all. Hats off and kudos to the General Manager Mr. Terry and his beautiful wife(I had the pleasure of attending/serving them at my former place of business. Very well mannered professional people). Great job! Keep up the stupendous exceptional work. You guys are awsome. I do miss my server Jin Fu. His energy pride smile natural true to life concern and presence took the entire restaurant to another level.
