Ive been oki sushi several times whenever I feel like sushi. Idea of made on order all you can it is better than old style sushi buffet. Price is a bit high both lunch and dinner, but once awhile its worth it. Today I visited with my family, and experience was again really bad because of server. Food is oaky but service is never good. She never smile, never say hi, snatched order paper, missed some orders and reply "what?" on my asking. I can understand she is not speaking English fluently, but overall demeanor is not suitable be a waitress. It was not worth of $85 for lunch of 4. Moreover, I recommend Oki to my friend and they said they are not going back because of horrible service. My friend embarrassed to bring 2 years old toddler and she gave them frown face to spilled water. They had to spend $100 for lunch of 5, and very upset after. We decided not to go there again today. I cannot find any reason to pay to receive a horrible service experience. Unless they find better person to wait tables, Oki sushi has no future.

My husband really enjoyed the chicken teriyaki and the shrimp tempura. The spicy sushi rolls were not discernibly spicy at all. The service was about average and the atmosphere is nice. There were only a couple other people there so it didnt take long to be served. My parents went here a few months ago and said that when they went to tip the waitress she told them that they are not allowed to accept tips. My husband and I just went and there was a space on the receipt when we paid for a tip so I asked if they had changed their policy. The woman said that they have always accepted tips. When I told my mother about this she said the waitress told them that the manager runs the register and will keep the money you add on as a tip. Not a practice I appreciate!

My girlfriend and I love the food here. We recently did the all-you-can-eat experience, but I will say that was a bit too pricey for what we were capable of eating ($23 per person). I would recommend doing takeout and ordering specifically what you want. She and I ordered more than we could eat for a combined $27 just a couple days later (yes, we enjoyed it so much we ate there twice in 3 days!). The service when dining in was very fast, but we were literally the only people in there. Takeout is also ready in just 15 minutes or less for even complicated orders. This is one of my new favorite restaurants. A+!

Food is decent (except for soup) but service is garbage. Many of the employees are rude; the OWNER stood in front of my table for a minute reading our order and told us to change it. Also came back later and said we had to finish our food with oppressive attitude. Before leaving we questioned a charge and she told an employee "Just take it off, its only two dollars" loud enough for me to notice. All you can eat?

Ive eaten sushi all over the U.S. This is by far the best! The sushi chef (MK) sauces are simply DIVINE!!! The dumplings are top drawer! This is a must NOT MISS place to eat in Vail!!! Request Annie as your waitress... She is delightful! The food came out fast and the presentation which was spectacular matches the sumptuous taste and myriad of flavors!

Food was pretty decent except for the shrimp tempura roll and volcano roll... both items were both saturated in so much oil it was disguisting!! Also make sure u feel comfortable with the waitress and sushi chef starring at you down if you order too much sashimi or pick the good expensive stuff from the menu...

AYCE sushi and even sashimi! So the ambiance inside is decent and our server who I believed was also one of the managers was pleasant. A variety of noms and just the right price. The quality of the fish wasnt perfect, but totally acceptable for an AYCE jawn.

My husband and I love it. Its reasonably priced, theres a good assortment and variety. The people are friendly. All around the experience is great every time we dine there. Its our favorite place for all you can eat sushi :-)

Used to enjoy food here. But last night I was pushed to leave before 10pm. No waiter/waitress most of time and the waitress or hostess was so upset when we ordered one noodle at the last minute. Had better to say sayonara

I brought my Dad here for his 50th birthday with my family and we really enjoyed it! Halfway through our second platter, my sister realized that you can eat as much sushi as you want and you pay for it like a buffet.

Love coming here, sushi is made fresh to order, they give you 2 papers that list everything they offer, and you mark down how many you want from their selection! We will be be going back soon!

We routinely drive 30-45 minutes to eat here. Our favorite all-you-can-eat, hands down. Sushi and Chinese, so really great if someone in the party doesnt care for sushi.
