Even one star is too much for this Chinese food. Save your money and stay far away from this restaurant, it is the WORST Chinese food Ive ever had. But worse than the food, is the incredibly RUDE customer service (perhaps the worst Ive ever experienced, hence this review)! I ordered Kung Pao Shrimp and Egg Drop Soup. The first thing I noticed was that there were no peanuts in the food (which is signature for this dish). I called them up and simply said that I thought they gave me Schezuan instead of Kung Pao. I understand that there is a language barrier and I thought she said, "Ok, next time." It wasnt a big deal, so I let it go. Next thing I know, the delivery guy comes a second time to hand me a small bag of peanuts. I cant make this stuff up, people! Fine, I guess its a nice gesture. Judging by this, I know they arent too far from where I live. Then when I began to eat, I noticed shrimp was not even cleaned properly and had a strong fishy smell to it. I ate one or two bites and could not even eat the rest. Even the Egg Drop Soup was watery and had a weird texture to it! At this point, Im annoyed that I spent $15 on horrible Chinese food. So I called them up again. I told the lady that I only took one bite of their food and it tasted horrible and that I wanted a refund. I repeated myself four to five times and she said ok, yelled something in her language (Im assuming a curse word), and slams the phone. Next thing I know, Im getting a phone call from the driver. I pick up and before I could say even say hello he is yelling at me! Mind you, I kept my composure the entire time and said that I was sorry he came the second time for a small bag of peanuts (which I never asked for) but I have all the food wrapped up and I wanted a refund. He screamed no Im not coming again and hangs up. Then I call the store again and the woman lies and says the driver went home (the menu says delivery until 1:00am!). I told her that I have not yelled once at anyone and that I want a refund for the food and I dont have a car that I can drive over to get it myself. She starts yelling as well and hangs up too! What an infuriating experience! Well, it was a wasted $15 and at least I know Ill never give them any business again. I hope people reading this will do the same.

UPDATE BELOW Yes, They have Bad Customer Service. Dont expect anyone in a "Non Clean" Poor neighborhoods to treat you as a good cutomer. With that being said their food is good. Delivery is fast. They only have one delivery guy, so get use to seeing his face (not a bad/good thing. Just saying) If delivery takes an hour its because you called during the busy hours/days. Custermer Service - If you order over the phone the oldest lady (not sure her name, etc) usually answers, so you shouldnt have a problem. She almost always gets the order right. They did make me mad before...... another story. If a male answers heay or may not understand exactly what youre saying. If youre ordering exactly from the menu you can just say the number. If youre customizing your order ask to speak to "someone else" (the lady) C.S Walk INS - This were the customer service gets bad. They have a younger girl (chinese/asian) working there. Im not sure if shes 20 or 25, its hard for me to tell. Anyway she is very rude and feel the need to have an attitude with EVERYONE. I think she feels that she has to act tough (and mean) because of the neighborhood? ?? Im not sure. The only way you Might get a smile is if you look like you have money or she over hears youre conversation (youre the owner of a company) etc. Yup, Shes a gold digger. FYI I dont eat meat, so Im not sure about that category. UPDATE: The food has been horrible the last 3 orders (I kept giving them a chance). I found a better place called CHINA HOUSE! There food has been fresh and delivery has been quick (only ordered twice).

The man here is so rude! Ordered pick up and asked for my food a certain way. Restated my request when I came to pick up the food and it was not done. When I asked if her could honor my request he was so rude and told me no. Very rude especially to a paying customer. I will not be returning here ever
