Dont bother coming here if your looking for at the very least basic service. They have a system in place to not cheek up on how tables are doing after the food has been served. They ask you for your drink, leave, come back with the drinks and take the food order. On special offer days they ask you to pay before the food, so if you finished your refillable drink by the time they come back with the recipe they will bring you another one when they come back a final time with the food. Thats the only time youll be able to get your refill because they will never come back to your table after that. I made the mistake of thinking this place will get better, but it gets worse and worse every time. My second to last visit a friend ordered 2 fries thinking it would be a good amount for the price like two baskets at other places. The waitress notices the disappointment in my friends tone when he realizes the bowls are not that big. So she asks whats wrong, he tells her he thought it would be bigger, so instead of leaving it at that or just explaining thats how it is and she doesnt have the power to change up the sizes. She goes and grabs a bigger bowl and takes the smaller fries and dumps it into the bigger one saying there you good now?

Ive been here 3 times in the past 3 years and every time was a huge disappointment. Im currently sitting in the booth waiting for my food. Ive been here for 30 minutes already and I only received a drink. There use to be a few w people here,but now its all..... Its ghetto, dirty, and slow. FYI Im the same race as these people. This will be my last time ever coming here and Ill make sure no one else (that I know) doesnt come here either. Their waiters are rude and definitely have an attitude problem. The food does not taste like Ihop food (Downtown Philadelphias is always great). Ill just drive a few more miles to Cracker Barrel in Neshaminy. The one in Plymouth Meeting sucks for the same reason. Its really ashame :(

Food was terrible. I ordered cupcakes pancakes , which looks nothing like the picture, taste like regular pancakes with sprinkles. Pancakes came out one at a time, like why not just bring everything out at once. Asked for cheese on my hash browns and eggs, they bring out cheese eggs but not hash browns. So I send the food back to add cheese on my hash browns , and the waitress brings back hash browns with cheese but eggs with no cheese, like what a screw up! I wasted my money and time on this cramp. I spend most of my time sending my food back. I will DEFINITELY ride by IHOP next time and go to wawa were theres constancy in food. Trash trash trash. Stay away

I feel bad for the employees who work there. Where do I begin 1. Walking inside it smelled like some urinated on the carpet, being seated was ok, time til food arrived ok, utensils were dirty but waitress quickly made the fix and clean ones were given. BATHROOMS horrible makes you not even want to finish what you may have left on your plate. And to think that its the same bathrooms the employees use. The ownership of this place really needs a kick in the rear end. The fact that the employees have to here this day end and day out makes for lousy service and nasty food. Fix this fast or you may be shut down. Your grade D-

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. Ive dined at IHOP in Jenkintown on several occasions and never received the poor service as I received this evening. Firstly, the gentlemans hair appeared to be very unkempt which is unsanitary as a server. The server should have worn a hair net. Secondly, the gentlemen took our order verbally instead of writing it down, which turned out to be a disaster. Our server was inattentive, while never completely bringing our complete order to the table. So much occurred that its too much to write in the review. I have no plans on returning to this location.

If i could give this 10 stars I would on the fact that my server Ida is the best employee in the world and I mean that. She makes my experience at IHOP an unforgettable one every time. I will only go there if she waits on me. She has me spoiled lol. Everything about her is amazing from the promptness of the greeting and order to the friendliness with accuracy of that order. I dont know how to explain how much I love her. Please go visit and if you can ask for her because I know you wont regret it. Thank you Ida for making me and everyone that comes with me feel so special. We love you!!!

Me and my sister decided not eat because they said thst they didnt have any fried foods do since I couldnt get chicken strips and frech fries which i didnt understand if your open 24 hours and we couldnt get chicken strips to eat so the only one that ate was my grandson he got 3 cheese burgers stackers and a fruit cup since he couldnt get French fries with cheese on the side I never went to a place that was open 24 houres a d couldnt get what you wanted to eat so this is for the corporate building are owner thats not how you run a business thats open for 24 hours

The red velvet pancakes were okay, but extremely sweet. Hash browns were cold and impossible to chew. We were never asked if we wanted water. They totally screwed up my husbands order. After returning the food to the kitchen, the omelet came back okay, but again missed items on the plate. Waitress came once to take the order and then disappeared. Another waiter came with the check, but also disappeared. We had to hand over the payment to third waiter as we left the restaurant. I have been to a few IHOPs and this is by far the worse, never again.

Waitress was distracted and talking to other waitresses while taking our order.She was trying to make us pay more and eat more by saying we should also get this and that as sides.It took a long time for our order to get written down.She also took forever to get our toast.We stated that our toast was missing.She said she would be back in a second.A second to her is 15 minutes in my time.My dad had to go to the kitchen and mention that our toast was missing.I cant believe we gave her a tip.Food is good but customer service needs a lot of work.

BEWARE (unless you are ghetto superstars of course) Everything was cold the hash browns were so hard you couldnt even eat them fried eggs were discussing with black grill crap throughout it my son had 2 pieces of white hair on his eggs & when I told the waitress, she looked at it inspecting it saying where I dont see it (what a friggin disrespectful a-hole) so I told her he removed them they were there! she snapped with such an attitude like talking to a child, saying okay okay so ignorantly!

It does not matter what IHOP I go to I always become disappointed. We came to this one during the week and soon as we opened the door it smelled like something had died! It smelled like someone decided to dump the mop water on the carpet and kept it moving. It was awful and strong! Also all of IHOPs need a face lift because the inside is starting to look like trash and run down! And the food is just horrible! For some reason my husband enjoys this place but I absolutely hate it!
