We are excited to have a new restaurant open in our neighborhood. We have eaten here twice since they opened (1 week ago) with a toddler. The place looks great! Love the patterns on the wall upstairs and the view of the park. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Clarkville has some understandable quirks to resolve. For the price they are charging for the food I would expect something out of the ordinary. Picnic tray - please dont put out brunt toasted bread. It ruins the flavor of everything else on the platter. Interesting samples. I would get this again (meat and veg). The Danger pizza, was not spicy and it was alright. The White pizza - tastes very bland, just ricotta cheese on a thin slice of white bread. The Potato pizza - more flavor than the White pizza but still, just OK. The pizzas definitely do not compare anywhere close in quality to Dock Sts pizzas which are cheaper in price and almost the same size. Wurstwich - Tasty and has a bit of a spicy kick to it. I would order this again. The mushroom and lentil pasta dish and it simple and tasty. Also, please add some booster seats and paper towels to dry hands in the bathrooms for the tots.

We go there as a meet up group once a month. Staff is friendly and accommodating, beer selection is always enjoyable (its all craft beers). Food choice is limited but good. Its a hipster place but overall its worthwhile checking out. We have been going there once a month for about 2 years so I think the place excels as a place you can actually talk to people. I would give it 4 stars but the staff is so awesome it deserves 5.

The pizza was nasty. I had Sals famous(tasted like kraft cheddar cheese, nothing else) and the eggplant pizza(really nasty, just tasted like sauce that was sweet, in a bad way, couldnt finish it). My mother said when the waiter asked how the food was we shouldve sent it back but I said theyd have to change their recipe for it to taste better. The food here is way overrated. I wanted my money back.

I live by the area and the one day I wanted to go inside and check it out, apparently they were "closed" at 11pm on a Thursday night.. not even a sign on the window or door some girl inside was "shooiing" me away like some sort of pesky fly. Rude!!! I wish the the old local was here rather than these rude yuppies that took over.

Expensive for the quality of the food. Happy Hour specials make things a little better, but Ive also found Clarkville to be inconsistent. Sometimes, the cauliflower salad is tangy and full of cauliflower, and sometimes, its just kale. For $10. It can also get really noisy.

Nice Atmosphere but very bad customer service. If you recommend a dish to someone and when they get it and they tell you they dont like it, you take it back , replace it or dont charge for it. Dont ask them "would you like to box it up ?" Worst birthday lunch ever.

Hip joint, decent pizza, but try to go when they arent busy or sitting inside will be exyremely loud as the accoustics of the interior bounce all the talking around so you have to yell to converse (patio is coll though!)

The vegan pizza is the best around. Dont hesitate to get both the tofu ricotta and the Daiya vegan cheese. Great combo! I ordered delivery from Clarkville through Caviar. It came promptly and in good condition.

The pasta dishes are better than the pizza in my opinion. However, the pizza is also really good. Theres always a nice rotating draft list and the Friday special of pizza and a growler fill is awesome.

Awesome vegan pizza. Beer list is a little short and the food is pretty pricey, but the fact that they make such good vegan pizza is enough for me to keep going back. Get the Danger Pie.
