We dined here tonight for the first time since Fu Da was remodeled, and we were really impressed. The decor is beautiful! And extremely clean. The menu is extensive. My husband and I both had the steak and shrimp hibachi, and it was fantastic - served fresh and hot, and it was so delicious. I also had a California roll, and that was perfect. I also have to make a special note of the waitress. She was extremely friendly and attentive. But most importantly, when my husband asked if there were onions in the food (he hates onions), the waitress made sure that his salad, soup, and sauces were free of onions too. I was really impressed by her attention to detail. In this day and age when people have all sorts of food preferences, or even allergies, it is good to know that they take customers needs so seriously. We will absolutely be dining here again.

I really enjoyed my experience at Fu Da Hibachi Restaurant. The waitress, Lily, is one of the best waitresses Ive ever seen. She was very enthusiastic and she remembered every complicated order we made. The restaurant was almost completely full, but Lily was able to handle her customers all on her own. She has a talent for great customer service, and I am glad that I had this experience. This Hibachi Restaurant is the best one my family has been to in the Poconos so far (and we have been to many). I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Excellent sushi restaurant, this is by far my favorite place to get sushi in the area. Their staff has always been friendly and understanding of my food allergies even though there is usually a language barrier and in my opinion the prices are very reasonable for a specialty cuisine.

We love the place. The food is amazing. The people are so friendly and personable. I would and have told friends and family to go there. Mothers Day was great and they are busy but never to busy to come to your table to see if you need anything. Take out is great also.

Without a doubt best sushi ever! Not even kidding. Hibachi is excellent as well. Highly recommended this place. We live in Mt Pocono and it is worth the drive. Price is very reasonable as well.
