Great hoagies, but the service is horrible. I always order ahead when buying lunch for my employees, and they always tell me how long it will take for my hoagies to be ready. I always add 5-10 minutes on to their estimate, but nevertheless they have *not once* had my order ready when I arrive. Most times its pretty obvious that they dont even start making the hoagies until I arrive.

If you want the best and highest quality hoagies possible, you owe it to yourself to try PrimoHoagies in Norristown, on Egypt Road. Nicole is the new owner and she and her staff are as qualitative as is their food. Seriously, if you want the best hoagies that you have ever had, then visit PrimoHoagies in Norristown.

Got the Buff Chicken Hoagie. It was good but came plain. Oh yeah and they pride in big subs... sigh. 95% bread 5% chicken. Way to expensive for the lack of meat. There was so much bread I just ate the chicken. It looked like they use 4 half chicken patties on a giant ft long roll. No thx

Friendly staff, quality food, large menu, prices alittle high, but, you get what you pay for...will return often, update, been returning often, service is still great, and sandwichs are consistently good, a very top notch hoagie location.

Love their hoagies but over the last month or so, the amount of lunch meat on their sandwiches has significantly decreased. It makes it too expensive for what you get. Will have to look for another alternative.

Just as good as the rest of the locations. The owner isnt very personable but thats a whatever topic (she doesnt really have to be). Nice selection of chips and drinks. Primo Italian Diablo is a must try.

I love Primo hoagies more than almost any other sub shops i have ever been in. Quality and portion size puts them at the top of my list! A little pricey, but worth every penny!!!
