First I would say the service was the worst I have at in a long time, she was snotty every time you asked for something felt like it was a rude response back. Then someone at the table had a problem with their steak management came out to address the problem and contradicted themselves. Instead of just making a new steak she asked questions about it saying they dont use butter but then said they use a butter spay haha umm thats still butter. I am very appreciative that they did take something off the bill but having this kind of service stinks an sets a bad mood for the night.

LongHorn has some great steaks considering they are a chain restaurant. I usually get the Flos Filet with a sweet potato and a salad. The Filet is great with sauteed mushrooms and onions on it. Otherwise I get the salad with the sirloin on it, which is another favorite of mine. They also have awesome margaritas and they give you delicious warm bread. All the appetizers I tried were good including the shrimp and the spinach and artichoke dip. The service was a bit on the slow side but our server was nice.

Food was very good. It took about 25 minutes for our lunch to be served and the restaurant was not that busy. Our waitress never smiled and we didnt understand what she said when she came to greet us and take our drink order. During the course of waiting for our food we noticed that none of the staff ever smiled or was congenial. Even the gentleman who brought our food was miserable. Probably wont go back any time soon.

Got a coupon for BOGO lunch specials and went on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress who was also bartending was awesome. She was helpful and knowledgeable with questions about the menu, checked in on us often, and was one of the nicest waitresses weve ever had. The bread to start was delicious, as were our soups and our sandwiches. We will definitely be coming back very soon!

Great food, semi reasonable prices and generally pretty easy going. Staff are friendly and the food is always made to order. Unfortunately the past two times Ive gone, there was some loud children disrupting my dinner. Granted, thats not the establishments fault, but it has made me avoid coming here a few times Ive wanted to go out to eat in the previous weeks.

I go to LongHorn steakhouse on a very regular basis. I go with my family as well as my co-workers. We always have great service, great food and decent prices. This is one of a few on a very short list of places that I have never received bad food. This is a top notch place!

While my son devoured his steak, I enjoyed several sides of perfectly cooked veggies. It was exactly what I wanted. The entire wait staff was cheerful and responsive. I thought I was making a sacrifice going to a steak place, but my meal was great, and we had fun.

Wanted to get on the call ahead seating. Waited 22 minutes on hold. When I got there the manager did not care. I would not have driven up there if they let me know about the wait. They did not care so spend your money someplace else is what I recommend.

Not a great experience on a Sunday. Menus were torn and mine had previously been wet and stuck together. Got a bacon cheeseburger and it was bland. Seasoned fries were not seasoned and tasted a bit raw. Overall it was less clean than expected.

I have been here a few times. Usually descent service. Food is generally good, although occasionally steak is not cooked to the ordered temperature. In the evening you can expect the wait.
