What a horrible experience. The waitress who served us terrified our son and continued to tell us that the fruit is not fresh. She interrupted us every time we tried to place the order. She also kept telling us everything we ordered would take a long time. After leaving our table we kept hearing her bark orders at poor the bus girl, whos name we learned from hearing it yelled so much. The appetizers started with raw calamari and ended in tiny mushrooms covered in bread crumbs. The waitress did not come to check on us, instead we had to let the bus girl know about the horrible meal. She apologized profusely. The main course made things worse. The London broil was covered in so much gravy we had to fish out the pieces of meat. The burger was soggy and very saturated in grease. The chicken franchise was decent - surpisingly. The only part of the meal we enjoyed was the fours mozzarella sticks. I really cannot comprehend why locals continue to fuel this business.

If I were to give this a rating it would be no stars. I ordered a grill cheese deluxe and a friend ordered pancakes with walnuts. I specifically told the waiter to keep the nuts away from my food and that I was allergic. Had my salad and then not long after I got my grill cheese, ate. Half of the grill cheese and instantly got a reaction, asked the waiter and he said that he told the chef. Not feeling quite right I asked for Benadryl which they didnt even have (which is a must in any food place). I then asked the waiter Again how do they clean the grill if you have limited space to make food... He said you know "with oil." How stupid can you be to put someones life in jeopardy like that? Theyre lucky I dont File a lawsuit. Assholes. So stay away from this diner if you want to still be breathing before you get the chance to even walk out if there alive.

Went for dinner last night with my husband and two small children...Order to children spaghetti for my 5 yr old it was too spicy for a child . Ask for a small side of macaroni and cheese for my 1 yr old she brought out a plate with a little bit of macaroni and cheese on it that was over cooked and charged us for a full macaroni and cheese dinner. My food was also overcooked and the waitress seemed to be more concerned with socializing then waiting on our table had to keep flagging her down to ask for containers and to ask for a check Also had to wait a very long time to even get the baby food out Another waitress had come over with some crackers while we were waiting so long...

Food = 2 Stars, Service = 4 Stars Ate breakfast there twice over the course of two weeks. Food was consistently plain to poor. I ordered an omelette both times, and specifically asked that it NOT be overcooked and hard, it was overcooked and hard both times. The cheese was in a single glob inside the omelette, not spread out. The food seemed rushed, with little care for quality. My daughter ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and commented that all of the chocolate chips were in the same spot inside the pancakes. Lastly, I ordered decaf coffee both times, and it tasted very old, both times. The waitresses from both visits were good and attentive.

Not a good experience. Wife ordered a BLT, dry, no mayo on or brought with it. Daughter, on waitress suggestion, had "chicken nuggets". 3 pieces, dry, overcooked, like chicken jerky. Mine? I ordered chicken parm. I RECEIVED tiny pieces of chicken, drowned in some kind of sauce, in the middle of what I assume was a hoagie roll, and so much unidentifiable cheese melted over everything. Disgusting and inedible. we refused to eat this junk, complained, was told, "weve never had a complaint". And to cap it off, charged us for the meal. $27.00, before tip We will not repeat...

Good food, terrible customer service. The older gentleman (dressed up) who works at the front during Sunday morning is extremely arrogant and unbelievably unaccomodatig to guests. Great diner in thought, the actual experience was lackluster. Hard working bus boys, lazy waiters and rude staff. Was told to "sit and relax and youll be okay I know what time we sat you down." 20 minutes later with a cranky baby and not one person to address us. Too bad, a lot of potential.

Good Food, Nice atmosphere, Clean Restrooms. Another family owned small town operation with a friendly staff. This is a great place to grab a quick bite or to have a big meal. Its nice home cooking and the food is served hot, not cold because its been sitting at the pick up window to long. The "locals" eat here all the time. Thats a great sign to me. Keep up the good work.

I live in town & dine here often with my family. Typical diner food. Large portions always hot and fresh. Friendly atmosphere, good service, ask to sit at Nicks station...hes the best of a very good wait staff. I especially recommend the home made soups. Bathrooms are clean. Newly renovated... expanded dinning area & handicapped parking lot and ramps.

Kitchen closes at 10pm. We arrived at 9:30pm. The waitress was anxious, reminded us the kitchen closes at 10, as we ate they were prepping to close. So really it was the establishment not just the kitchen that closes at 10. Half way through our meal we were offered a take away box. We just felt like they were pushing us out the entire time

I have been to the Milford diner several times in the past seven years. It is a good place to eat good american food. And there is always plenty. But today I took my son for breakfast and was chocked to see I was charged $2.90 for a glass of orange juice. 2 glasses of Orange juice plus one coffee was $7.40. This is way too much!

Just stopped in our way home from New York. We were only there for about 45 minutes but have no complaints, really. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was overall, delicious. (Fries were a little stale.) I did find an ant on the table but he didnt eat much (lol) We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

Great weekday breakfast menu. Reasonably priced. Great service, quick coffee refills by a courteous wait staff. Love their French toast and sausage links, cooked to perfection! Newly paved and enlarged parking lot, but street parking nearby is available, too.

The food is well-presented, tasty, and ample amounts. The breakfast selections/specials are great! Excellent wait staff who do everything possible to make sure your dining experience, no matter what time of the day or night, is super...

You can tell its been around long time that theres the customers that you just know are the regulars. Food is very good. Service is good. Can feel crowded at times because tables are close together. But overall love the place.
