The bread for my fried chicken sandwich was hard and the sandwich itself was okay. The next time I went I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and the bread was a little better, but the sauce was definitely not buffalo, it was just some kind of hot sauce. The fries are decent, the portions for the price are good and the drinks are good. The worst part about this place is the bugs flying around you when you sit outside, and sitting outside is really what makes this place worthwhile. The view on the outside deck is really great and the only reason I came back to this restaurant again. One other thing is that it seemed like the owner was drinking alcohol with some of the patrons, which is just not a good practice. Also, he reprimanded a waitress for something right next to our table in front of the whole restaurant. It wasnt loud, but thats the kind of thing you do in the back or after hours. Also, both times I went the waitresses who seemed to be on the clock and waiting tables, were eating food inside the restaurant in the main eating area. This just seemed unprofessional to me.

Always a laid back eating place. Servers have always been decent. Same sort of menu as any other "Sports/Deck/Wing joint. Food is good. Burgers are tasty. They have really good wings. Plenty of TVs to get your sports watching on. As they say themselves, not a pretentious eatery. Dont go here looking for a Ribeye or Filet or scorched Duck. Definitely stay for the ice cold beers and really nice locals. View from the deck is superb. Youve got the quiet Susquehanna River, mountains and always a sight to see the local Herons and hawks and geese. In fact, the view is much better than any of the places in Wormleysburg or Harrisburg. Like I said, go for the simple menu and view and sports. Stay away if youre expecting Stocks on Second or a waiter in a button-up.

Owner is a money hungry Greek two people ordered a lb of clams cooks made both 2lbs of clams in one pot one person got five clams and all the other clams ended up in the other person dish talked to owner of the place told the two customers that they should of shared there meal with each other really what a place this is go in place a order and share your dish between the entire table your with never again will I be there or recommended this place to anyone send the Greek back home to learn some respect

I like this place because of the deck on the water. I have to admit though that the food is not all that great. We stopped for an appetizer and a beer on Saturday afternoon and the waitress must have ask us at least 15 times if we were ok, was very annoying. And the owner sits there and watches everything that goes on, which was a little disturbing. Needless to say, we didnt feel like staying this time.

Waitress seemed annoyed or bothered to wait on us... crab dip was good.... side salad was ok... got the pasta Primavera veggies tasted old ... very little flavor with what I was able to eat until I found a curly black hair in the dish. Lost my appetite. Bathroom was very dirty and door did not lock. Only reason we went there was because of having deck of deals. Would not go back.

Service was great! Staff were very accommodating for our large party celebrating our parents 50th anniversary. Wanted somewhere relaxed and informal, but fin. Excellent choice! We were demanding and they were so nice. We will be back!

Fish smelled like feet. Chef came to my table to tell me thats how lemon pepper smells when you cook it. Didnt want to discuss my brown lettuce salad with moldy tomatoes. Service and food like this will not help them bring in customers.

We waited over 2 hours for our meal when everyone that came in after us had their meal... They told us that they messed up but did not discount the bill.. The fries and fish were cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Love the deck in the summer. Theres always a few good microbrews on tap. The soups are great. The wings are above average. The broiled salmon is excellent. The crowd is friendly. Great place to watch the river on a nice day.

This is a bit of a hidden, local gem. Their deck has a great view of the river, and the prices are very reasonable. If you take the time to drive there, you really wont be disappointed.
