Some friends and I went to watch a soccer match and we figured Buffalo WIld Wings would be a great place to watch it. We waited until after half time to order our food but then didnt receive the food until 10 minutes after the game concluded. For the small amount of food that we ordered and the very few people that were in there, our food should not have taken as long as it did to get to our table. The waitress was rude and didnt seem to understand why we wanted boxes for our food when we needed to leave. We received no apologizes from the waitress or the manager who never once came to our table. There are many different sports bars in town and I will make sure that no one I know will go to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst service Ive ever received. I will never return. The server ignored our table for the duration of our visit. Our meals were not served to us until we tracked down the manger. He brought them out ice cold. Our drink glasses sat empty with no refills. We had to flag down the server to even get our checks. She took our money and vanished. We eventually had to track down the manager to get our change. He offered no apology. But he did offer a discount for the delay ....but not to us, but rather to the party who came in after us and finshed their meals before we were even served. Ive never left $0 tip before but I did this time. Horrible place, terrible service, and mediocre, overpriced food.

Called to placed a To-Go order. The employee who took the order told me fifteen minutes. I park in the To-Go parking space and walk in fifteen minuets after my call. I stood a the front desk for five minutes before anyone helped me. Five more minutes go by and Im told to go to the bar for my order but no one was at the bar. A few minutes pass and the bartender walks right by me and didnt say anything. The manager came out and asked if I was waiting for a To-Go order. Ten more minutes past so I just leave. Total time waiting for my order, thirty-right minutes and I left empty handed.

The last two times I got to go orders here they have been messed up. Once I got a bunch of little nuggets of just breading in place of breaded boneless wings, and just tonight ordered boneless wings and got traditional... The paper attached to the bag even said boneless, but the "this order was checked by" sticker wasnt even filled out. So clearly they do not double check to make sure the order is correct. I love BWW, but will not return to this location.

Was there this evening for drink and snack. Never got the drink or the snack because we sat there for 20 minutes with multiple staff passing us by without a care in the world. Even when we made an obvious show of "were out of here" with the menus on the table with the hostess at the very next table looking right at us, she didnt care. Went to Dukes up the pike...just as crowded and served within 2 minutes.

This place is pretty poorly managed. Generally overstaffed by people whod rather watch tv than do their jobs. Takeout service is the worst. Expect them to get your order right half the time and expect to stand there a good 10-15 minutes when you pick up your good before anyone bothers to acknowledge your existence. Way better places to eat on the Pike than this.

If I could give a 2 and a half star rating, I would. The food and service is decent-I tried this place out a few times after it opened in Dec 2012........ The main entrée menu is sorely lacking in variety and the wings-good and tasty, yet very few flavor selections-Aroogas is the place to go for wings and they have almost 40 different flavors too!

This BWW is 0-2 on our To-Go orders. Visited twice and both times they managed to provide us with incorrect orders. Ironically they stuck this tag to our order but clearly the order was not quality reviewed and therefore we will never be back. I strongly discourage ANY To-Go orders from this location. Visit another location!

When i need to have outside the store meetings this is one of the first places i think of! Mike and Cati run and operate this BWW with absolute perfection! Highly recommend visiting here whether it be for work it just to hang out with friends. Oh yeah, garlic parm wings...enough said!

First and last time visitor to BWW. Food is over priced for the amount you get, and our service was less than par. Sat through our entire meal without drinks because our server never checked on us, we both had some pretty spicy food. Im really not seeing what all the hype is about

This BWW has the worst service. We always go in to eat and our wait is 30-45 minutes after we order, so I decided to call for the takeout. I was told 20-25 minutes, when it really took 45-50 minutes. I love the food, but I cant get over the service. Never coming back again!

Not a bad spot to watch sports, enjoy beers, and chow on some bar food. Staff is nice and does a good job keeping your glass full. If you are looking for a romantic spot I wouldnt recommend the location, but I think thats apparent from the name. Overall a fun spot.

This place was terrible. I placed an online order for takeout, drove 20 mins to pick it up, and the order hadnt even been started. It was just sitting on the desk with the lady at the counter who seemed pretty clueless. First order at this place, and the LAST.

I have been there twice both times around 1:30pm during the week. I could count on one hand how many tables were taken and the food takes about 35-40 minutes to come out. Just very slow service. Going to travel to Harrisburg to see if that one is better.

Attentive service sports bar with some famliy freindly atmosphere. Good food good portions. Only thing to me they could impove on is the volume level of the music. But its not so loud thay it would stop me and freinds going back wings and beer.

I get lunch here on occasion - 50¢ boneless wings on Thursdays are really a steal. Its easy to find, clean, and well managed as far as I can tell. Takeout service is a little slow.

Good food. Service not so much!! If the bartender is Maddie forget getting good service. Unless your a regular and she wants to flirt with you!! So unprofessional!
