The best way to describe our experience with Twenty9 in one word is WOW. My husband and I had our October 2015 wedding at their venue and couldnt have been happier. Our experience with the team was exceptional from the beginning through the end (and beyond). Their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine excitement about our wedding made us feel so special throughout the entire process. It is clear that Twenty9 truly cares and wants to put on events that will make memories that will last a lifetime. This was evident in every interaction with Patti, Jessica, Anthony and the Twenty9 team. Everyone went so over and beyond with every aspect of the process, from planning the menu to our tasting, to our planning discussions leading up to the big day, to the day itself where they set out all of our decorations and looked to add touches to the tables that were unique (i.e. fanned napkins with a twine tie to fit into our rustic theme). They kept everything running smoothly that day, which was invaluable. The venue is second to none; we received so many comments from our guests about the uniqueness of the space. The fact that the restaurant used to be a barn adds so much to the character of the space and was a great setting for our rustic-style wedding. The upstairs level where we had the wedding dinner accommodated all of our 100+ guests comfortably, especially with the use of the patio room, which has a fantastic view of the sunset. It was so fun to have the whole restaurant to ourselves, our guests loved it! The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Everyone raved about the cocktail hour (which many thought may have been it considering how much food was brought out!), in particular our guests loved the cheesesteak eggrolls and bacon wrapped scallops. When it came time for dinner, our guests were blown away by the abundant (Emerald) buffet, including lobster bisque, chicken Stephen, a delicious pasta, prime rib, etc, etc! It was so great for our guests to be able to enjoy their fill, there is nothing worse than leaving a wedding hungry, which was definitely not the case at this restaurant! We loved that after dinner, the dance party commenced downstairs. It was a great transition and set the tone for the rest of the night, it was time to let loose and enjoy the downstairs level. Although it rained that day, that didnt spoil anything. It was so great that the bar facing the deck had doors that could be opened so that guests could enjoy the view and be outside while still being covered. The heat lamps really added a great effect and the space felt very inviting. Over-all, our wedding was one big party and had the right mix of elegance, a rustic touch and warmth that we had hoped to convey. So many of our guests said to us and to our family that our wedding was one of the best they had ever been to. We are biased, but would agree with them 100%. Thank you to all that was done for us, we have memories that will last a lifetime and look forward to visiting in the future. How many couples can say that they can come back to their venue anytime and be able to reflect on the day? We highly recommend Twenty9 to any couple! Thank you, Twenty9!

The food and atmosphere was amazing I ordered the Red Wine Braised Short Rib for desert I order fried cheesecake with banana and vanilla bean ice cream which I highly recommend . The only thing is the ending of our dinner the waiter decided to debate with me about what she charged me for I originally ordered the herb roasted chicken which was very bland and the spinach taste like seaweed. She started to tell me that it wasnt the chefs fault that I didnt like the meal so I still had to pay for it which was completely ridiculous I ate one bite of that meal and I almost threw up and ordered something else so why would I still be forced to pay for it. Nonetheless she took the check back talked to the manager and took it off my bill never had that experience at any resturant before so I wont be going back. Even though the food items I had after that were good the waitress left a bad taste in my mouth. Could of went to Ruby Tuesday and had better food and service for a reasonable price . This resturant need to remember the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT . And the fact u would even state about my other reviews are irrelevant and I always tip. Unfortunately the waiter didnt deserve one. Me nor my guest requested to take home that first meal which was disgusting. the waiter offered which my guest did agree too. And my guest did indicate to the waiter I was picky as well People who argue with u about billing it food nasty food DOESNT Deserve a tip So As I stated I will never nor will I ever recommend anyone to this restaurant

The lunch needs to be improved. This is in an area with lots of competition for professionals coming out for a quick lunch. There is not a separate lunch menu and most selections are heavy dinner entries. The buffet would be a great deal but should include more lunch foods, not a full five course dinner (manicotti, carving table, cheesecake). That just is not appetizing to me at noon when I have to go back to work. Ive been here twice and both times our server was too busy to get our check promptly. We were not able to get back to work in an hour on both occasions. Recently, I selected the "Spring Salad" and added chicken to make it my main meal. The size of the salad was very small and not enough for a lunch. Also it was suppose to include nuts but there was only about 4 or 5. At a table next to me someone ordered the same salad but it looked a lot larger than mine. My friend ordered a sandwich and it was about 8inches stuffed, on a large plate with fries. This cost 3 dollars less than my miniature salad. It is just very inconsistent. Since this is a new restaurant it seems there are several kinks to work out. Management needs to organize the servers better so they arent weeded and are able to attend to tables to get them out in a reasonable time. The chef needs to make adjustments to the menu so it better fits lunch patrons. I love the atmosphere and location. With a few changes I think TwentyNine could be very successful.

My wife and I are there last night. We had never been, and we were looking forward to trying something new. Everything about it was awful. Our server had no clue what she was doing. Someone ordered a drink off their drink menu, and she had to ask if it was a wine! It was freezing cold, but their heaters did not work. In a dining only area, they were blaring classic rock music. The iced tea was really strongly brewed, but no one tells you that. The soup was spicy, but no one lets you know. A craft beer came out in an Eagles/Miller Lite glass. The decor and prices say "we are trying to be classy", but there was nothing classy at all about the experience. Server missed a chance to offer another beer... she only asked me after all our meals were done. I do not complain about meals, nor send them back, but by the time we were done we just wanted to go home. We didnt even want to linger to find a manager. Its not a bad place, but they are having an identity crisis. There are too many other restaurants in the area for them to be so sloppy about things. We will not go back.
