I have been here a few times for both take out and to hang at the bar with friends. The service is the weakest link. If you sit at the bar, expect to wait. Drinks never come fast regardless of the time you go, and the bar tenders always have a tinge of attitude; especially the males. Several times when ordering for the first time a bar tender will take their time to get to you. On multiple occassions ive had a coaster tossed on the bar in front of me and just stared at by a bar tender until i ordered. I have also witnessed a heavy set gentleman with both arm sleeve tatoos dropping "f-bombs" and other things i wont mention behind the bar while conversing with customers...for minutes at a time. You really get the feeling that the bar staff and counter people would actually like their jobs if it wasnt for the customers. On to the positives, they have live music on saturdays and the win by default for being probably the most "happening" bar in the area. They really pull in impressive crowds on the weekends. In summary, a great night spot, mediocre food, terrible service. Skip it for most anything not relating to weekend activities.

30 years of dealing with this place. They have gotten much bigger over the years, but the service is still terrible, and the food is so-so. I would say half of the orders we placed for pickup have been wrong, and that is no joke. We would always have to sort out which subs were right, and which subs were close to what was ordered and always had at least two subs that were nowhere near what was ordered. Even a slice of pizza, they mess it up. And dont complain, you dont want the hell that brings down on you. I know, why did I keep going back, because I worked in one of the stores that is now out of business. The last time I saw this place, about 2 months ago, they had two, what can only be described as thugs, standing out front. Huge guys. I guess this is the security. Why a pizza place needs that type of security, I guess it has gotten a lot more dangerous from the last time I had been there. As other people have said, just go some place else. Not all the pizza places in the valley are like this one, thank God.

Rude and uncooked! My husband and I went there for dinner on Saturday evening around 4. The place was empty and our waitress came right away. When she brought our food out, she said she was leaving the check as she "had to get back to school". My husband noticed right away that his burger had blood on the roll - he does not eat medium rare, only medium. He cut the sandwich in half and took 2 bites, put the burger down and said he could not eat it that way. Someone found our waitress who took the burger back to the kitchen to see what could be done. She came back minutes later and told us the response was "thats the way you ordered it, so thats the way they made it". She left the check and that was that. Any time I have been to a restaurant that the food was NOT eaten and NOT cooked to order, the sandwich was taken off OR remade. No one came to talk with us but the waitress. Very unpleasant experience and we will NOT recommend or be back!

The experience was mediocre at best up until I went to pay my bill, and realized there were multiple charges for things I did not order. I politely pointed out to the gentlemen behind the bar the issue with my check, when a 45 year old women behind the bar came over an leaned her entire body across the bar, and started screaming in my face, and telling me Im not welcome in the establishment anymore because of mistakes she had made to my bill for absolutely no reason. When I spoke to the owner he seemed to have zero care for the actions of his staff member. Who also from my understanding is his sister... I have never been to an establishment where I was treated with such utter disrespect, let alone delt with an owner who had zero sympathy for how is staff was treating his customers!

I have been here on multiple occasions, most times I come to enjoy the bar. Service had historically been on par. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed dinner with 8 other family members. The food was great, drinks were perfect, however the waitress was sub-par. Her lack of knowledge of what the menu items and specials were was not acceptable. I understand that they do have a large menu, but the waitress was obviously ill prepared. Furthermore our party of 9 called ahead and reserved a table 30 minutes prior to our arrival. The waitress was not prompt and and failed to prep the table prior to our arrival. Half way through our appetizers she simply dropped a pike of silverware and napkins in the middle of the table.

Wednesday special Spaghetti& meatballs is a good value. Food excellent. Its very busy so the fact I will not return wont make a difference. If you order a soda the menu says only 1 refill for a $2.50 charge. My first visits I had no problem getting more than that. My final visit I was told next time you come here you will only get 1 refill as the folder with the bill was thrown onto the table. It ruined a pleasant evening and I cut thr tip in half. I know of many other places where I can get all the refills I want so I will go there. Food 5 stars Atmosphere 5 stars Price 5 Stars Waitress 0 stars!!

Probably the only place in town that has legit pasta dishes! Love the seafood Fra Diavolo... I ask for not spicy marinara sauce! All other food is very fresh and tasty, they have a good italian hoagie! Im personally not the biggest fan of their Pizza but many others I know love it! Ive known the owners since I was very young they are good hardworking people, cant always say the same for all their wait staff tho! Some can be a little rushed and moody!

Pretty much the most abysmal service Ive ever had. Katina was our waitress but we rarely saw her! It was a half an hour between the last time she checked to see if we wanted any more drinks (we said no) and when she came back...without the check! We were starting to wonder if we were gonna get a check at all. You would think at least getting your money would be a priority. I didnt even wait to leave the restaurant before submitting this.

Food has gotten worse the more I go there. Seems like the people in the kitchen are lazy and dont care. I was there this weekend and ordered the seasoned crab fries w/cheese. It was a plate of fries with liquid cheese on top and then old bay sprinkled on top. I mean come one, Im not expecting Chickie and Petes crab fries, but they could of at least tossed the fries in old bay and had a better presentation.

The pizza is bad in my opinion, specifically for a place with pizza in its name, although they have other things that arent as bad. The bar is pretty popular locally and they have good entertainment. I would suggest any of the other similar places that are very close by if youre looking for pizza/sandwiches/Italian food. Also theres some very unprofessional people there.
