My family and I were having a pleasant day shopping at the stores and then went to this Ruby Tuesday, which was the most worst experience we had ever had. The service was bad, they could not get the orders correct. They served the little ones cold mac n cheese n also the potatoes were cold. My daughhters chicken was not cooked. Good thing she did not get salmonella. Other tables around us was having the same experience. Dont know if they had new cooks or incompetents. After a long day at shopping we were really looking forward to a good meal. (YUCK) :{

I took my husband out to eat for Fathers Day, after doing some shopping. It was a big mistake due to the fact that the air conditioner was not working myself, husband and three kids were sweating while trying to eat our meal!! We were told the air conditioner was not working because its hooked up to wifi and they have bad service!!! This is unacceptable!! The GM Hector was walking around with sweat dripping from his face!! Not a good way to run a business!

My wife and I went with our service dog, spoke with a Mr. Hector Rodriguez Jr., Asst. Manager. He immediately said we have to leave, I attempted to provide my dogs ODCR # and even tried to show him his electronic ID on my phone Mr. Rodriguez continued to turn me away without even looking. We politely left. Went to Bahama Breeze instead welcomed with open arms needless to say Ill be contacting my attorney.

I love this place... Food, service, friendly atmosphere..my daughter choked on a grape..they stopped what they were doing and came to my aide.. It was a horrifying experience for us...but they made it better... 10 stars for excellent staff.... Great food!!!! Make everyday...a Ruby Tuesday!!!! The Harris Family

This location is clean, inviting, and had awesome service. Love the garden bar - even more than before. There was hummus, Pico de gallio, black beans, parmesan chips, and even kale. I had 2csalads and needed to get my dinner to go. PS Love the ruby relaxer, too.

Ive eaten here a few times and its nice. Basic service, no complaints. My husband liked his burger. A lot. I love the croutons on the salad bar and the 22oz Sam seasonal beers more than any meal Ive had. Pricey for the portion size.

Last few times in the food sucked. The serving size gotten smaller. My wife got a stake and was mostly fat. Hope this ones closes and they put a good restaurant in its place.
