This is the first time here at the resort for a wedding and its a nice place. Went to the Grille for their Sunday breakfast buffet which was from 8:30-11:00 am. First off, its a buffet, of course ppl with choose a buffet over the cafe cuz its the best bang for ur buck. They were understaffed, there was no hostess and we had to find someone to seat us, as well as other ppl coming also had to keep trying to find a hostess. The food wasnt bad if they had any there. There were no potatoes or eggs benedict at the buffet line. Not only that but they didnt have plates. Myself and another lady in line had to find a server, ask for more plates and more food. the plates were stocked and the potatoes were replenished but it took 30 mins to replenish the eggs benedict (i know theyre hard to make but it took 30 mins, they shldnt be offered on the buffet line then if it takes so long.) The price was good, $13.75 per person for the breakfast buffet.

If there were half stars I would rank this 4.5/ 5 as this is certainly above average for the area. Take an evening out or a weekend get away, Bear Creek provides a pleasant and surprisingly modern feel to an old location. The decor and food are just excellent with a warm and cozy feel through the year. Summer buffets, although a little pricey, are first class as would be expected from a group of chefs from Boston. The only reason that I did not give this 5 stars is that the consistency of the waitress service is lacking and food can take a little long to arrive. This is after being a "regular" for 15 months or so now. But if you sit back and relax in the pleasant bar or restaurant this is really a great experience. The new Spa and extension to the hotel are stunning. Really worth the trip! Sit by the open fires and relax with a wine or beer. The facility interior evokes relaxation coupled with great food.

My girlfriend and I just stayed at the hotel for the midweek ski and stay package that they offer and the staff was.... lets say much better than our skiing/boarding abilities. When we were first taken to our room the first thing we both noticed was the overwhelming stench of cigs. I am a former smoker so normally the smell wouldnt bother me much, but it absolutely reeked. So we called the front desk and after Brittany spoke with her manager they moved us to another room and one that was certainly a very nice upgrade. Both Brittany and especially Shep were awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Thanks again Shep!

I could not be more pleased with my experience at the Grille. Brandon, the restaurant manager, was very helpful and reserved a section in the bar for me to host a 40th birthday party... everything went off without a hitch! The food, mostly appetizers and sushi, was great and the staff was fanastic! Our server, Morgan, did an outstanding job taking care of our guests, I cant thank her enough. I would definitely recommend the Grille, whether sitting down for dinner or planning a party... they offer different options and are very accommodating.

Lovely building and surroundings, awesome food, friendly staff. Ryan (manager) was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Items were slightly pricey but not outrageous. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt welcomed.
