I love Roy Rogers Roast Beef, and I know this is a new Store but I have visited it twice now the first time thru the drive thru it was very very slow the ROYS BBQ Sauce was not ROYS it was Sweet baby Rays ? Really !!! The second visit was just Yesterday this time we dined in the Beef was terribly dry made ARBYS look like and taste like Filet Mingion . They apparently have not learned about the adding the drippings . Then I go to the Fixns Bar to find the dispenser for Roy"s BBQ Sauce filled with carry out packets of some off brand BBQ Sauce Sorry Guys maybe in the spring when you have some experience Ill drive a little farther to the Gambrills Store I have been visiting since there first week and never had a bad experience

Very Disappointed. I usually love Roy Rogers. This meal couldnt have been worse. The chicken tenders were way over cooked & had no meat in them at all. The breading was so hard, I threw them away. All the food was cold, even the fries. Since I had paid for the meal and took ot to go, I did heat up the fries in the microwave. But, microwaved fries, gross! There were no napkins or utensils in the bag either, there should have been especially with this being a to go order. This is a new location in Pasadena. Come on guys! Get it together!

I ordered 3pc dark with baked beans and 3 pc white with baked potatoe. Received 2 pc dark with no baked beans and 3 pc white wings only. Said I was getting a breast and 2 wings. They also charge extra for white. Thats extra for 3 wings??? No napkins. I called and explained what I received and they refunded all my money. I was surprised. I didnt expect that. I was planning on never going back but because they refunded my money I will try again. Im hoping for the best. Food was okay. Not the best but the bake potatoe was pretty good.

Im still up in the air about this. I go in for breakfast on the weekends for take out. The wait at times has been 12 -15 minutes at the window. The coffee lids have came off twice and burnt my hand when being handed to me out the window. The bacon is never cooked all the way through, but the eggs and breakfast fries have always been really good. The food seems hot and fresh but there are just a few changes that need to be made.

The service at this Roy Rogers has been very disappointing! Twice now, I have gone to the store to find it not even opened on time! (The employees were waiting outside for a manager to arrive!) The drive through is terribly slow and after receiving my order (minus potatoes) I had to honk my horn and knock on the drive through window since no one was paying any attention to me. Not impressed!

I had to wait 40 minutes just to get 2 chicken legs and mashed potatoes! I went to other Roy Rogers, this is the most disappointing so far! Pick-up your game Roy Rogers! The chicken was all ready and I had to wait 40 minutes! I hope you will be faster next time!

Friendly and courtesy describes the staff. Food is perfect temperature and has a good fresh taste. Love the fixins bar and the selection of sauces. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

They are very new and are having a lot of problems getting an order right. Even if you pay for it and the receipt is right, check the bags contents before you leave.
