Is it possible to give less than one star? Their employees are beyond incompetent. First I notice something is missing so I go in and they make me pay for it. They never even gave me a receipt in the first place and didnt want to. Then I get home and notice Im missing something else so I go back demand a receipt and the other missing item. I also had to fix my drink which had ice and I requested no ice. Then once I drive all the way home again I find my hard shell taco to be mushy and stuck to the paper. So everyone gets to eat but me. I wont be back and Im still debating calling them. Where was the manager?

This place deserves negative stars. When I came here, the employee was so nasty. After ordering each item he told me to pull around to window verifying if my order was correct or complete. And each time I ordered he sounded more irritated. So I told him he was very rude (of course at this point I had no intentions on eating from them). Then his managers came on and was just as rude as he was. I asked her for their names and she asked me "for what?" I backed from the drive thru and Im finished with them

Words cannot express the wonderful experience I am having at this taco bell. My children and I are here and the two young ladies at the front are wonderful. I only know one of their names...Charolette. I was greeted and my kids couldnt make up their mind and she helped them. The other young lady was their smiling and helping out. The kindness and hospitality here has made this the best experience I have ever had...plus its clean. Please give my highest high five to the young ladies and management

Not sure if the reviews on here are fake or not but I live 5 minutes from this Taco Bell and I actually drive 15 minutes to the next closest Taco Bell because its that bad. the orders take abnormally long. I could go into detail about their tacos being Luke warm and gooey and their drinks being flat but I think you get the picture. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs

First off, lousy music. Shouldnt have to listen to this hip hop crap. Slow service. Almost 10 mintues for three tacos and some nachos. Associate had to review the overhead menu for the order. These are some of the reason Ive stopped going to TB. I see time has not changed a thing.

This Taco Bell is fast and efficient! Great customer service and I typically go at night around 11:30 pm to 1 am. Never had a complaint about this place and never had an order come incorrectly. If you have a late night and need fast, hot, and fresh "fast food". Go here.

Soggy rice in my frito burrito. Glad it wasnt my first time having one or else I wouldnt know how delish it really is. Ill stick with going to the Taco Bell on Belair Road... They are always on point.
