Food is always good, but I recently ordered and food was horrible! fried shrimp was burnt and dry. We switched to delivery because everytime we go into store someone is arguing, there was a couple times I called and people were shouting in the background I could barely hear what the person on the other end was saying. Rude people at the counter, throwing things at eachother??? The delivery driver or the one who dropped our food off was EXTREMELY ignorant. Terrible customer service, if they fixed that then restaurant would get 5 star rating. Im not paying for service to a place where their not professional. Great food but attitudes not so great ,finally lost my service.

They charged me $4 more to my debit card then they were supposed to! I showed them my bank history and it totaled to $24.12 the receipt said 20.09 .. they are STEALING MONEY from people . It may be $4 but that can add up if they continue . Very very angry then the proceeded to call my phone 4 times at 11:30 at night . I threatened to call the cops when the driver was here he said "I only deliver" thats when they started calling my phone over and over then left me a voicemail saying they called the police on ME ! Hahah what a joke . Go ahead and steal from a mother of 2 small children .

I order from them and hour ago. The delivery guy called my phone and ask me to meet him in the parking lot. I explained Im a teacher at a daycare and couldnt leave my napping children unattened.which he already knew because my co workers and I always order from them. He never brought my food up to me on the second floor. We do have plenty of parking and elevators. When I called the restaurant they said he left and hes not coming back. They said the supervisor was aware and basically didnt care. Never again!!! Poor service!!!

Order, and asked that they send my soy sauce packs. As well as ducks sauce packs, a fork, and napkins. When the driver came, I paid him. Sat down to eat, and there were no condiments, no napkins, no fork. Then when I called to tell them. They said could come get them, they werent coming back right now because it was dinner time. Therefore, I told them to just come get their food back, and refund my card. I will never order from them again. Horrible service.

I am a restaurant professional. I have been ordering take out from this darling place for years. The food is always fresh and I always order the 4Seasons special so i can taste a wide variety of their fare. My daughters always vary their choices. Eating in is okay too, while not very exciting, the dining room is well lit and very clean. Unpretentious and humble it is easily the busiest chinese restaurant in town, which is always a good sign.

Eat-in, take-out, or delivery, this place has it all. Clean dining room. Quality food and never bland tasting. This place has the best General Tsos Chicken in the area (Ive tried the other places, and am always pining for Great Walls version). Ive moved away from Lansdowne...and find myself craving their food! Try it once, and youll be hooked.

My coworkers ordered from here today. One found a roach in her platter. After several rounds of vomitting, she called them to tell them. They said "we will refund you, but we will have to take the platter back" as if she was going to continue to eat it! If I can Ill post the photo of it

This is my favorite chinese spot to vist, which I do weekly. I feel I really get my moneys worth when I buy from them other places are sub-par and lacking in best bang for your buck. PLUS their food is great tasting.

I come here because of the short distance to my home. The food is average. The fried rice in my opinion needs to be cooked longer. The rice grains are hard. Their delivery is super fast which is what I appreciate.

They forgot to send our pancakes for moo shoo pork but made up for it chicken wings were AMAZING!! Best Chinese had in a while... House lo mein and crab Rangoon too... All amazing! Free 2 litre of soda too!
