SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, but overall, the food here is good. Ive gone to Red Robins for years...usually me, Wife, and 2 kids. Due to relocation we now use the Langhorne location. To be fair, I will say that the place is always clean, and the food has been yummy consistently. But, each time I go there - I notice how the staff is so much nicer and more upbeat at other Red Robin locations. Id say the staff here is "ok" whereas at other RRs, the staff is great. Just this week, it was NOT jammed and the hostess staff looks unhappy. All I did was nicely say "Can we please get a long booth" -- they *sigh* as if it was heavy labor. Then they take me to the booth and I politely say "can we have this booth instead cause the sunlight will be uncomfortable on our baby there" -- the lady just shrugs. Most people could nicely say "sure, no problem". The week before, our waitress whose name started with J was very frosty. We ordered the food - and she didnt prompt me for the side dishes like they ALWAYS do so when I then ordered my side dishes - she acted like it was a big deal. I asked for Extra Mayo, so she actually goes thru my order and asked "which dish do you need mayo for"? Sorry J, didnt know I need your approval. MANAGEMENTS FAULT. Most staff is upbeat and nice at RRs - but not this one. Its very noticeable. And Im not the typical online maggot who complains, because I gave this a 4 stars and had many positive comments too. Well go to this restaurant - but instead of 4 times a month, well go twice. The staff ruins it.

Food was great but whomever Kim is asked us if we were sure we wanted to eat because they were closing soon...it was a Thursday and it was only 915pm... she didnt even say hello before informing us they were closing soon & asking if we were sure we wanted to eat here.. if I didnt have a coupon I wouldnt have even sat down. They tried to say they close at 10 because they were doing renovations but I was there few months before that and the lady who served me then was asking if I liked the renovations and that they were finally done with them...also we decided to eat and were done around 10pm anyway. Even tho we were not the only ones still dining in...our waiter was extra slow with us and did not refill our drinks until I had to get up and ask the bartender to send her over to us. The rest of the staff were sweeping and cleaning the tables in our section which made us feel very rushed. One staff member even grabbed our electric bill tablet that we would have referred to hold onto so we could pay our bill asap...it was a terrible experience. I called the next day to talk to the manager and they told me to fill out a survey on the bottom of the receipt and would not give me an email to write to. After fining my receipt I noticed our server decided to cut off the end of the receipt w the survey link. BTW the website said the hours were until 11pm. I think our servers name was Lisa but dont remember. Her hair was very short and she was middle aged.

My family has been coming here for years. I went to Red Robin this past Saturday for my birthday burger. Im now on a weird diet called the low fodmap diet. The waitress wanted to know about it and sent the manager over who gave me print outs for all food allergies. I asked if there was filler in the burgers and there isnt and they have delicious gluten free rolls which made my night. The server then asked about my sunday which I gave to my husband and daughter as I couldnt eat it but I asked about a fruit salad which she brought out to me. The food, service and attention to detail was outstanding!!! Red Robin makes my fodmap diet not as hard to live with. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Deborah Carasso Unique Invitations by Deborah

Ate here at two separate occasions this past week. First time my appetizer, the pretzel bites, came out burnt with barely any sauce, and I over heard another diner on her phone talking about how her burger was undercooked and she was concerned about getting sick. The second time I went again there was a problem with the appetizer, it came out cold and congealed. I ordered a blue moon shake, that wasnt finished, no orange slice. I like red Robin very much, but I will avoid this location from here on out.

Red Robin is good for burgers, fries, & not much else. They ran out of brocolli, and the rest of my order was barely warm. I did come later on a Friday night (approx. 9:30 p.m.). None the less they should run good hot food out of true kitchen regardless of the time. The salad dressing is industrial grade Schwann, or Sysco ... total drech. The service was courteous & prompt, no complaint there. Cocktail were slso good but nothing spectacular. All-in-all a very average dining experience.

We have been coming to Red Robin before it was called Red Robin. The site was known as Finleys before it was called Red Robin It has always been a favorite of our family for birthdays and other simple occasions. We believe that ever since the manager Brett has been managing and they added the new grilled taste thingy to the process it gotten even better. It is nice to know that the managment is always on Patrol looking for ways to help. The food is awesome and we alway have fun

Great place to bring the kids or family. Really delicious burgers and bottomless fries. Resort able prices. This is a really bad place to go if you are on a diet. They have a few salads, chicken platters, you can substitute and burger bun with a wheat, pretzel, onion, or lettace . Basically a fast food burger and milkshake place, with an upscale twist. Love the milkshakes and desserts. They make excellent mixed alcoholic drinks and cocktails too.

Only visited once, on a weekday during lunch. Service was fine, very fast. As for the menu, I appreciate having fish options beyond the boring flounder offered elsewhere. This is the only place local that I have seen batter-dipped salmon. The rest of the menu is interesting, some unique items there, and bottomless fries is always nice. The burger wore me out though, and I couldnt finish the first order of fries, so it didnt matter.

This location is big/loud. Last time i went the service was exceptional. The food is good with a focus on their burgers and endless fries. There menu had a lot of food and beer pairing which i thought was cool. There beer selection for somewhere advertising there craft beer had a very rudimentary selection, albeit there was craft beer available. Short and sweet this place is good place to bring a family with kids.

We went mid day on a Sunday. So there was really zero wait. We chose this location primarily because it was a decent day & they have outside seating. The greeter was very personable. Our server Lindsey was friendly. The food came out rather quickly so we were satisfied since we were on a time schedule. The food was tasty as usual. The price was as expected. All in all it was a nice time here @ Red Robin . . . Yummmm!!
