How hard is it to make a sandwich? I order a simple Sandwich and the one addition I make to a normal Sandwich is bacon...bacon costs extra too...when I get home and open the sandwiches guess what, no bacon on either sandwich...really? Its on the ticket so its on the screen...do I need to open my Sandwich before I leave the store? I wouldnt care if it was the pickles missing or the lettuce or the mustard but something that is an additional charge thats missing seems like a key thing you would want to put on the sandwich. I call the store and get a customer service person who says they will refund me for the bacon....really? You messed up my order and youll refund me for the bacon? I get the response people make mistakes...yes I know people make mistakes but you make sandwiches and the only thing you forgot was the item that is extra money...not the free stuff included with the sandwich but the bacon that costs money. Not worth the 3 dollars to go back in there. I wont buy gas there anymore either.

I walked into the Wawa at 132 Oxford Valley Road Langhorne PA like I do every day at 12 oclock for lunch no hot dogs no sandwiches all your sandwiches in your hot beans were all breakfast sandwiches this is at lunchtime theres about 10 or 15 people waiting for custom made sandwiches I have a half hour for lunch thats it I talked to the manager he replies to me hes been making breakfast sandwiches all morning breakfast was over at 11 oclock time to start making lunch... RIGHT ??oh and one more thing the manager and there was a real ass !!!! someone of an attitude !!

Edit: Review changed to 4 stars since customer service reached out to me.*Ordered two mango smoothies w protein & 2 fontina + spinach paninis, received two mango smoothies without protein & 2 grilled cheese. There were maybe 2 pieces of spinach & almost no veggie cream cheese on either panini. Never know what youre gonna get at Wawa- they werent even busy as I was the last person waiting for order.

Compared to other wawas, this one is not maintained to same level as most wawas. Particularly the coffee bar. Often the coffee containers are empty and condiments depleted. I know its a busy store, but this one is noticeably less maintained. Obviously wawa has high standards and this store exceeds any 7-11 or similar store. It just doesnt hit the same level of other wawas.

This is my "home" Wawa and frequent here often. From gas, to ice and snacks, its a great spot to quickly grab something. Employees are nice and courteous as well. Only thing to note is the parking lot can get hectic and getting in and out can be confusing for non-locals. However, locals will know which intersection Im referring to.
