I decided to take my girlfriend there on a Saturday night. Typically we only go to Red Lobster on special occasions because the menu is rather pricey. When we got there (mind you, this was in December), it felt as though the air conditioning was on. We over heard a manager and a waiter saying that they like it colder because "they have to run around and it feels nice." I cant blame them, but we sat at our booth with our jackets on because it was so cold. Then, it took 45 minutes to get our salads and another 20 minutes to get our food. Our waiter was rarely ever around and by the time our food came, we asked for the checks and took the food to go. Unfortunately the food went bad before we could eat it, so it was a good $38 worth of food that went to waste. I completed the company survey online and about a week and a half later received a phone call from the manager. He apologized and offered to send us gift cards to make up for our experience. I was not looking for compensation but I gladly accepted. It is now March and no gift cards have ever arrived. Poor service and poor customer appreciation is my main reason for never going back. Dont get me wrong, Red Lobster is a great restaurant, but this one is not worth your time and frustration.

Well this is my first review ever written, but because of the fantastically drawn out experience I thought it necessary. The food was great and everything also the waiters were friendly ,so as long as you can offer about 3 hrs of your evening you should be happy. Im no accountant, but watching them try to figure out our 4 checks for 40 minutes (not stretching ) was like watching a bunch of elephants trying to quilt or Albert Einsteins half brother try his hand at algebra in first grade. When they finally finished I expected they would receive a reward and everyone in the restaurant would break out in a standing ovation for surely they had just solved some wild equation or had just figured out how to make drinkable water out of sweaty socks but to my surprise when they returned it was just our $22.39 bill with 3 different percentages of tip we could choose from. Dissapointing.

The hosts were fantastic. The server was extremely attentive. The appetizers, soups and salads were great! So why only two stars? Because the main entrees were absolutely abysmal. Terrible. Crab legs, both snow and king, were overcooked to the point where I could bend them in half. The re-cooked snow crab legs were better, but the re-cooked king legs were just as bad as the first time. My wifes salmon was beyond overdone. I reached out to corporate, and no one reached back to me. Weve been eating at Red Lobster for years in Philadelphia and other areas, but if this is what the local store where we live has to offer, we will have to look of other avenues.

Started off wrong and never got better. Was given a pager and an approximate 45 min wait. Since it was crowded, walked over to another store to kill some time. Came back in 20 mins and got a snippy remark from a hostess about how they called us "a long time ago." Got seated at a table across from the bar with tons of constant traffic. Like other reviews, found the wait for food too long. The dishes werent bad, but not worth the wait, initial attitude, or price of subpar Pina Colada that was practically virgin. This location used to be a favorite a few years back, but now I feel that theyve gotten lazy and slipped to the middle of the pack. Such a shame.

Was just there this past Saturday for a father/sons lunch. First off - the food is amazing (especially the cheddar bay biscuits). Upon getting home, I realized that I left my credit card in the payment booklet (whoops). I called them immediately and once they verified it was my card, they offered to mail my credit card to me so I didnt have to drive back out there. The credit card came 2 days later in the mail, because they sent it high priority mail. Talk about customer service!

The guy at the bar was very rude, Im a visitor from out of town i ordered a drink and he took my ID told me it didnt look real and then threw it at me. My shrimp tacos were not done all the way I know because I had them before and this particular time it just tasted like lettuce on a hard shell. My Crab meat alfredo was lobster NOT crab meat. Overall besides the rude bartender the atmosphere was friendly

BEWARE!!!!! I got a severe illness from my food. The Tenders were dry and small and there was fake chicken, and the fries were stiff (cooked on old oil.) Then, I got down for 2 days-and-a-half from eating that meal. Seriously, I do not recommend you eat here. So READ THE REVIEWS! Stay away (The soda was bad, tasted like water.) I WILL NEVER RETURN! Go to Olive Garden if youre wanting good food.

Foods good when you are eventually sat. You should never have to wait when there are empty clean tables available. Servers too busy to take a table? Let someone else take the table. Not their section?? No one cares.. take the table. Counted three clean empty tables by the bar when I came in and at least 5 groups of people waiting to be sat. Tables are still empty.. people are still waiting.

Had the worst experience of my life normally red lobster is my favorite but the one in Lancaster messed up all our orders. They were extremely slow. Forgot alot of parts of orders worst time ever if your coming with a large group I highly do not suggest red lobster in Lancaster you couldnt pay me a million dollars to come back again

terrible service, if the bartender cant handle 5 people at her bar then I dont understand why the manager or somebody didnt come in to help. Didnt get served for over 30 mins and we walked out. Too bad she missed out on a good tip, I couldve ran that show completely by myself it was literally 10 pm and dead, what a disaster

My husband and I have been visiting this Lancaster location for over 10 years now. We prefer the much more friendly and personable atmosphere. I enjoy dining later in the evenings, it seems that the food taste much better and even the cocktails are not as watered down as it seems during the earlier hours.

I really use to like it here. However the last 2 years or so it has not been really good. The food does not taste very well and I dont feel like the value is there as much as it used to be. I will still go back and give it a try again and update next time if it has changed.

Disappointing. Red Lobster advertised Dungeness crab legs for crabfest. Did not have them. Instead they offered Jonah claws. They were awful, a poor substitute. I rated 3 stars because the southern king crab legs were very good, but overall a very disappointing visit.

We called ahead and were told it was an hour wait, so we put our names on the list. We showed up 55 minutes later and were tild wed still have a half an hour wait. It is my husbands birthday today and this should not be an issue. This is the point of call ahead seating.
