Terrible place! Was there a few weeks ago and waited over and hour for our food. There were other people standing around waiting almost 2 hours. While I was ordering they changed the people to take my order 3 times, so I had to keep repeating myself, especially to the one I could barely understand. When we finally got our food it was cold and sloppy. We dont live far from there and we used to go there a lot and had no problems. I dont know what happened in the last few months but I will never go back there. I also called the number to complain about my experience and customer service was also very rude!

I wouldnt even give this place one star, the Plus was the last who waited on me was very pleasant. However that will never out weigh how sick I got after eating there. I stopped in after my WC Drs appointment March 8th around 8:30am and ordered a breakfast burrito and a drink. Last that morning I started getting so very sick in the stomach having the sweats, this lasted till around 3-4 am. Eating here not only caused me to be so sick I was house bond but also having to call off work losing a 12hr work shift. I will never go near a Sonic again especially this one.

The food is mediocre. They have a good variety though. Lots of different desserts, drinks and shakes to choose from. The drive thru menu needs to be bigger. I almost had to get out of my car to see it but I didnt want to look like a weirdo. They need to train the staff better. I have yet to see these polite staff people are talking about. The drive thru is slow you will wait forever and not get a thank you or if you say thank you your not getting your welcome. Maybe someday that will change but I have yet to see it since its been open.

The most happiest employees at a job that they love that Greet you with a smile on their face each and every week when I go. They are so kind to allow us to use their parking lot every Sunday to allow us to have a car meet / show and dine on their outstanding delicious food that you will find in the area especially their milkshakes $5 lunch box triple chili cheese dogs and everything else on theyre menu. Such an outstanding place for a nice old school Drive-In restaurant

How does the employees who seem to not want to be there screw up on the drink order twice and the warm "milkshake" and drinks didnt come with a straw... Why does fixing my order and straws cost extrara? If the company reads this, please fix the service and choose better employees to how this place used to be on your first couple of years after opening this location...

We were at Sonic this evening and they completely messed up our order. We even verified the order and they told us yes thats exactly what they gave us. When we called to complain they were rude and onve we started telling them what was wrong they pretended they couldnt hear us anymore. Very frustrating and needless to say I will not be back at that location.

Like most of the Sonics in the region this one is ok. Its a tad better then the one over in Red Lion at least. The food sometimes comes out over cooked and the teens working here have a hard time with order accuracy. But besides that its consistent with the others around PA. I do love a good Chili Cheese Foot Long Coney from time to time.

This place is great! The food is good and it comes fast. The waiters are great! The only thing to be careful about is turning into Sonic. You cant make a left turn if you are on 272 heading towards epherta. There is a no left turn sign. Dont be tempted to turn left anyway the police watch this spot.

I like Sonic. The food is good and hits the spot. This one is in particular, a real pain to get in and out of. Make sure your seat belts are on trying to enter or leave the location. If you are not starving, you could go to the Sonic on Lincoln Hwy E in Lancaster - only 15mins away.

Food is ok but not what it is down south. Place is dirty and run down looking. Several order boxes are broken. Last time we were here there was a girl hanging out the side of her car peeing in the parking lot. Seems more like a hangout for stoners and not a family place.

The food is ok and great selection of drinks, but the problem with this place is that the staff is not trained to be nice I guess. They do not seem to care very much or smile or make you feel welcome. Hopefully they improve because its a nice place to get food at sometimes.

For years I have seen Sonic Drive-in on commercials and there have been none that are feasible for me to get to. I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The food is average for fast food but the experience is something that reminds of the good-old-days.

Stopped here after bowling at Dutch Lanes and had horrible service. Girl in the drive thru couldnt get the order right if her life depended on it and then waited 5 minutes watching the girl flip her hair 7 times before driving away without the food.

Im not saying Ive been to dozens of Sonic locations, but of the 10 or so I have been to, this is the worst. Underdone fries, burgers and sandwiches slapped together on soggy bread and old lettuce. Like a school lunch in an underfunded district.

We arent from the area, but we visit this spot twice since we been here. On both days that we visit we experience great service. Food came out hot both times. Definitely will come back. I hope that our area will get a Sonic (zip code 20774)

Worst service ever. Every time I go they are so slow and somehow mess up the order. This is the 3rd time now theyve messed up. No longer going there. Dont waste your time people. If there were negative stars I would give them one. HORRIBLE.

Advertise that they are open until 11 yet I sit in the drive thru at 10:15 not once acknowledged and then go to a pull in and press the button and still ignored. Dont say your open and then close early. Thats bad business.

I dont know about all Sonics, but this one is awesome! They always have great food. Its put together right, its at a great price for the quality, and they never get orders wrong or mixed up. They really do an awesome job!

Service is a little slow and the last two times Ive been there I asked for parmesan jumbo popcorn chicken and they gave me regular jumbo popcorn chicken. Seems like they need more staff.

Food was good service getting the food was quick, however getting napkins was another story. Building was in ok shape showing its age and could stand a little maintenance.
