I love Panera bread and my boyfriend and I debate on which one to go to because the one nearest to us isnt too friendly. However, tonight, we went to the Panera Bread in King of Prussia, right across from the KOP mall. Starting from the moment we walked in, the cafe was clean, bright and everyone seemed to be very happy to work there and although I believe most of the employees there were in training, the manager was very helpful and patient and the employees were the same. I was so happy to have gone there tonight that I asked the manager how to write a review on her location because I was very impressed and I believe that people who do a great job should be recognized. So, thank you, Panera Bread 3989!

Jackie the manager helped me resolve an issue I had with the my food I ordered to go. I drove back to work and the food was not in my bag; I went without lunch. She assisted me with getting me a food voucher for my next visit, and asked me to ask for her on my next visit. I go to this Panera store a lot, if not more than once a week, so I am glad she was able to calm me down, and help me. I am disappointed however that I went without lunch on one of my busiest days at work! There are over 30 restaurants to choose from in this area and I chose this store. I hope they do a better job in the future. They could have lost a valuable customer today.

This location, as with most others, has gone downhill in the short time theyve been here. Mostly in no longer keeping the place clean. The bathroom has filth and grime and looked more on par with a service station than a restaurant. It used to be clean, but it now shows complete neglect. My knife was just plain old nasty and dirty silver and plates have been the case on my last few visits here and other Between the lack of concern over cleanliness, the smaller portions, the higher prices, and the often inept help, I am done.

This is a Panera Bread, so you know what to expect from the food. However, I visited this location during the lunch rush and was a bit disheartened when I saw the line push all the way out the front door. I am very impressed at how quickly and efficiently they employees were able to process orders and take food. Despite the line, I was able to order and eat all within 20 minutes. I also had no issue finding a clean table.

Panera is a good place to eat if you want to eat fast but still healthy. This Panera was very well ran it was clean and the workers were very nice and attentive. They had a lot of seating so if you need quiet space Im sure you can find some. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Usually this place is pretty good but i dont know if it was lacking cause it was busy or what but was disappointed. Got a pick two of the Italian combo which was sloppily out together and then the Mac an cheese was about one shell deep.

Durga was unfriendly and provided bad service. I dont think its very professional to joke around about the things she was saying in your own working environment. Conshohocken location is 100 times better. Its worth the extra drive.

Expected the typical soup and salad I always get, however this locations salad was not fresh, and they barley gave me any. $8 for a hand full of lettuce and a small sippy cup of soup is not worth it at all.

My husband and I order out from Panera about once a month and this one in particular always gets our order right. The food is good and ready quickly! For a quick/good bite to eat you cant beat it!

I honestly just dont enjoy what they serve here. I did enjoy the oatmeal but many of the other items I had seemed generic. Ok place to just relax and enjoy the free wifi while having a drink.

Foods good. Ive been here on 3 different occasions and sat in 3 different sections of the building. Worst WiFi connection ever!!! Ill be going to Collegeville or Audubon from Now on.
