I will honestly say their cronuts are delicious. I used to drive 30 + minutes to pick them up for functions. Unfortunately the customer service is awful. On numerous occasions I have encountered very rude staff (though I will say mostly one employee). To top it off they gave me a drink with sour milk in it! I called immediately because there was an issue with my order as well. The woman on the phone was abrupt and rude but did say I could return the following day for a refund. When I came for the refund they werent sure if I could be refunded for the drink made with SOUR milk because I needed to come back the same day! After I was told on the phone it was OK! Honestly there are easy recipes for cronuts online and I will be baking them at home from now on. I no longer trust their products, nor would I want to encounter rude staff after driving so far.

When they opened it was great and their donuts continue to be delicious. Its convenient as we live within walking distance of the shop. They used to have a large selection of donuts-and a variety that you dont see in the chain donut shops. Now, the donut selection is the same as anywhere else and when you do a special order, (lattes, breakfast sandwiches), the wait is much longer than it used to be. I realize it takes a while to do special orders that arent a dozen donuts and a cup of coffee, but if they cant serve you in a reasonable amount of time, they shouldnt have it on the menu-sorry. They now seem to be short handed every Friday. Their donut variety has gone down since they opened. They were a welcome addition to this area and their donuts continue to be delicious, but this place isnt the same from when they started and I think thats sad.

I go to Devon Donuts every morning bright and early for my coffee and donuts. Its a regimen of mine I follow religiously. I even encouraged one of my co-workers to try and meet me there before work when she can. They have a delicious and diverse selection of donuts at a great price. The Cronuts are my absolute favorites, hands down. Customer service is always spot on when Im there. Im always greeted by smiles from the staff and time oriented service. I would recommend Devon Donut & Bagel company with confidence.

Gotta respect a homemade donut shop in the mid Atlantic region. This place can get busy in the morning but just get there early and you will be fine. The selection is impressive and service is great.

Overall decent food. The donuts are good. Bagels are ok (a little too bready). Sometimes wait times are a little too long in AM. Overall the best local bagel spot in Wayne through Paoli area

Sorry to say but very disappointing. No one in the place. Asked for something very simple and they messed it up after waiting 10 minutes . Bagels were not that great. Wegmans are better.

Decent assortment of donuts. enjoyed my caramel salted donut, perfect balance, not too sweet. Coffee is average. I also ordered a croissant with sausage egg and cheese , it was tasty.
