I have been ordering from mustangs in the chase location for years and recently for the last 6 months about 3-4 times a week, every time now I am reluctant to get their sampler platter because they always leave out atleast two items that are supposed to be In there, even when I specify to them the items that are supposed to be in there they STILL arent, I spend a lot of money with mustangs and they are now slowly losing my business, whoever their new manager Is, is ignorant and not very helpful (long grey ponytail, glasses) questioning why I am paying for my food a certain way and giving me smart remarks, confusing me and making my girlfriend and I feel stupid. I dont apreciate that especially when I spend 70-100$ with them ATLEAST In a week, the rest of the staff though are very nice and helpful I am trying hard not to take my business elsewhere.

I relied on Mustang for ten years. I recently moved and felt lucky to be able to use the same one. Today ends that relationship. I ordered a ten inch pizza with onion and five light sauce wings. I requested blue cheese and extra napkins. My pizza arrived almost cold, my wings underdone with no sauce, no blue cheese and one napkin. I understand these things happen...items forgotten in the bag, long drive making the pizza chill. I offered to eat the cold pizza. The manager told me "the best I can do us credit you for the wings". Best she could do. Years using their services. I now rent a basement studio with no means to heat up anything. I even told her that. I order at least once a week. Now, I wont order at all.

Really guys, how hard is it to put toppings on a pizza. I paid for two extra toppings and what I received was about one bites worth total in the middle of the pizza. This means you didnt forget, you just didnt care. What you sent was a cheese pizza and your incompetence stole the rest of my money. I know its petty but with so many other pizza options its frustrating you dont take pride in your products. Menu is in the trash.
