Not sure of his name and I dont like to give names anyway but the man that took our order was so rude and I felt so rushed trying to order my food and he was so ignorant when I was trying to explain what I wanted on my burger and I had coupons and he was just so persistent on getting the code that I was a nervous wreck trying to get the code up to give him so Im about to go in and start complaining

Their customer service is great. We had a problem with there system not reading my kids gift cards. After a couple of minutes, the manager GAVE USE OUR FOOD!!! That is how it is done people. Problem was not his or his staffs fault but he handle it over and above.

Do not go to this bk. Go to the one on 611 instead. Every time i eat there i eat there i end up in the bathroom the next day. I dont know if they undertook it or what
