Red Robin, has always been one of my favorites, since first visiting the Depford location. To say the least, when the Vineland location was announced I was very excited to not have to drive 30 minutes to get my favorite burger. After my familys experience at this location Friday night, I will never return to this location. As we walked in the hostess was more focused on her conversation than she was with seating us. When she did get around to seating us, She attempted to open the table extension, and hit my mother in the knee with it so hard that it immediately bruised, and then shrugged an insincere sorry, and went back to her conversation. As we sat down, expecting to be surrounded by retro art and a comfortable dining area, we were surprised that it felt more like a high school cafeteria. Our waitress was as good as she could have been given the resources she was given. When our food finally came out, my husbands burger, and my burger were both wrong, 2/4 isnt bad by their standards I guess. The waitress was able to just bring my husband some pickles to correct his meal, however mine had to be remade. After waiting another 20 minutes, the manager brought me my burger, which was again wrong. and had to be taken back to the kitchen. At this point I told him that I no longer wanted it, however he insisted that it would be right and that I should take it anyway, and that he would credit it to my bill. Again it was wrong, and at this point we just really didnt want to be there anymore, so we took the burger, paid, and left. In my opinion, Red Robin has great food, food that is worth the drive to Depford, to avoid the headache of this place.

Wait time was about 5 minutes for lunch, hostess was pretty nice and showed us to our table quickly. Waitress was very attentive and very nice as well, addressed all our questions and made us feel at home. I had the guacamole bacon burger, and it was great. Fresh guac, crispy bacon, deliciously seasoned. Of course Ive had better burgers before, but this burger was a huge success in my book. My son had the meatball lollipops, and loved them. I think he ate them all in about 2 minutes. I tried the marinara sauce that came with them, and it was actually better than some Italian restaurants Ive been to. Not bad for a burger place. The dessert we picked was the fruffle fries. Basically 5 huge fudge sticks, with sea salt and sugar crystals on the surface of them. Came with a Berry sauce which was was great, and the whipped cream tasted fresh. The whole plate was unique enough for me to applaud the creators of the idea. Overall, will definitely come back again.

Worst experience ever. The table the hostess sat us at was dirty, so we had to stand there and wait while she wiped it down. The table was still greasy. The entire time we heard the staff in the kitchen screaming and yelling at each other. At one point the cook (who our server said is actually the boss) started screaming profanities at the employees. The entire restaurant heard it. Our food was undercooked and sloppy. My soda was flat. Our server had an attitude from the start and seemed unapologetic about the atmosphere we were supposed to be eating our dinner in. I say supposed because we actually did not enjoy our food. To top it off, our server gave the table behind us 25% off their bill for the disturbance but not us. Such a dispicable establishment. They should be shut down. Ive never been so offended by service in a restaurant ever in my life. This was on Feb 14th 2016.

I was there on November 20th. The wait was over 20 minutes. No one took our order for drinks! Nothing! So we finally leave and before leaving I asked for a manager but the person in the front blowing up balloons didnt know where they were. He asked what was wrong and I told him we were waiting over 20 minutes, so he looks on the paper at the hostess booth and said no one assigned our table to anyone. Really 20 minutes, no one saw us sitting there. Not even after seating two other groups of people and serving them drinks. I will not be going to here again and Ive told all my friends and family not to eat here! Save your money because they cant see you in order to serve you! Even when youre seated at the first table in the aisle on the left side of the restaurant! Thank you red lobster for a great atmosphere, food and service after the headache from red robin!

Figured Id try this place again. Horriable !! The nachos were cold and soggy, the burger was dripping with grease ,(I know its a burger but it was over whelming ), got a milkshake like the rest of my party and had enough, tasted like minty milk so I sent it back. They seemed shocked that I sent it back. Somebody came back and gave me 2 coupons for a free appetizer saying that if he backed out the credit card it would freeze the account, blah blah blah. The " bottomless " fries , couldnt even enjoy that as the waitress didnt come until we were ready to go. Needless to say this place is garbage. However , I started to think, that this place is probably good to people who have been drinking , as they push alcoholic beverages on every meal.

Our server took 15 min to greet us. It was not busy at the time. After another 15 minutes she took our order. It was 1/2 hr before our meal arrived. I ordered clam chowder. It was served barely luke warm. I sent it back and it was returned luke warm again but this time with garnish. The soup tasted very bad and eas curded so i was unable to eat it. I began eating my salad and the tomatoes were turning rotten! My other quests french fries were served cold. To top ot off our server changed hands 3 times. I will never eat at Red Robin again.

This is the only place our family entirely enjoys. We all can find something in there we like. Good selections of traditional American cuisine, not so healthy, but if you have family or friends visiting from overseas, they can be pleased with REAL delicious hamburgers no other fast food will ever compare to. Shakes are also their signature dish, so make sure you dont skip that. I just wish they had more healthy options, that is why I am eating 4 star. The staff here at Cumberland Mall Red Robin is very nice and courteous. Good job!

I only put 1 star because I had to. HORRIBLE service, had to ask the waitress 4 times for a refill, mind you, all 4 times she came to table to ask if we needed something. On top of that, my burger had mold on it, lost my appetite. Manager came to tell me she will remake for free, which was good. Then asked if I wanted something else, so I asked the Mgr for another cocktail, never got it. 2nd time I came and same experience. Wont be coming back here again. Recommend u dont either.

Red Robin in Vineland was the worst Red Robin Ive been to Im used to going to the Mayslanding. I could hear the managers in the back yelling and screaming at the cooks. Just yelling at everyone. I go to the resturant to relax not hear yelling and screaming. The server was very nice and kind. I got my burger started to eat it and found a big hair in it and my husbands burger was not well done. This place should be shut done. The management sucks
